I just came this morning and the two young lady seem had attitude because i was trying to exchange the shoes i bought from the previous.Even tho i didn’t get to trade the shoes, I still end up buying two more pairs because i liked the clarks shoes too much..But I’m so use to a friendly staff on Clarks store but this two young lady acted like they don’t like helping you even when i was in the register with one of them(the heavy one) when i told her i dont need the box ,she put one pair in the bag as i was still trying the other pair and when i’m done trying it on i put the shoes in the counter, coz she’s still ring me up as i thought she didn’t have put my shoes in the bag,i waited so i end putting he shoes in the bag then she tells me, we just going to email you ,your receipt.

I went into the store and was immediately told by Jazmine quite rudely and abruptly that they have less than 5 minutes until closing however my watch said they had 6 minutes left until 7pm but not splitting hairs. I would think that a better way to handle that could have been to ask if they can help me find something. Customer service is lacking!

I tried to return a pair of shoes within the store’s return policy because they didn’t fit, but they refused. Very disappointing and poor customer service. Shop elsewhere if you want a hassle-free experience.

I currently own a pair of women's size 12 flip flops and wow are they comfortable, but I have some trouble walking around in them as the heel is raised and I have other issues with my feet, I'm really disappointed that Clark's doesn't carry anything bigger then a women's size 12, not even 12.5 or 13, the shoes I tried on were very comfortable and cute but the sizing wasn't consistent, this store is horribly stocked for sizes 11 and up, and the back of the store was so messy, they literally had shoe boxes just thrown on the ground and no one even bothered to pick it up, the sales associate at the front also was very moody and not helpful when I asked about other sizes in stock. I might consider looking online, this store is so small and the selection isn't living up to my standards. No other associates were even around to see if I needed help, everything here feels very do it yourself, which isn't that helpful when you struggle looking for shoes.

Witnessing Unprofessional Behavior at a StoreOn the 22nd of December, I received assistance from a young man in finding a suitable pair of shoes. However, my experience was marred when I witnessed the store manager loudly berating an employee.

I was just at the Carlsbad outlet Clarks store and had the most horrifying experience. I was verbally attacked by the store manager Miguel over trying on a pair of shoes. It was so bad that the employees and another woman who was in the store and saw it happen came up to apologize to me for the interaction. I was looking through shoes that were on a table and the store manager came over to tell me that I can't open the boxes or move them around because he had just organized the display table. But the table was The shoes that were on sale and they were all different shoes sizes and colors. So I tried to explain to him that I have to open the boxes and try them on to know if they fit me and if it's a color that looks good against my skin tone. You don't tell me that I was no longer allowed to touch the shoeboxes and that I should leave the store. He also racially profiled me and said that I had been at the store previously messing up his organized boxes. To which I responded I think you're mistaken me for somebody else. I which point he got even angrier and and started to complain that it had to be me in there trying on shoes and not putting them back. It was so shocking and harsh and brutal that I couldn't believe that he would speak to a customer like that, let alone a customer who already had multiple shoes on the counter to pay for and was just looking for an additional pair to take advantage of their sale. Also it's a shoe store I don't know why he would be shocked that a customer would want to try the shoes on and look at them before purchasing them. That is the whole point of going in person to buy shoes. I soon realized that the two women who had just been at the same shoe table as me didn't get that treatment and when I walked away another lady went to the same table and was opening boxes and moving them around to look at different shoes and the manager was still standing there and said absolutely nothing to her. That's the only black person in the store it became very apparent way he had treated me so brashly. When I asked to speak to its manager he said he was the store manager and that I had no one to complain to. I can't believe that Clark's would have someone like him in a leadership role at their stores. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this outlet store anymore!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Clark’s. I worked with Chris, who tirelessly searched the store multiple times to help me as I found a few pairs of shoes. He was patient, kind, and provided an excellent customer experience. He really went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and I ended up with two excellent pairs of shoes with a great deal. I highly recommend this store and working with Chris.

Went in to grab a pair of shoes for work, was greeted by Miguel he asked he if there was anything in particular I needed, I described what I needed and he redirected me to my shoe size and showed me options. He was very understanding with what I needed an I left the store very satisfied . I was pleased with my interaction and will be returning

Clarks shoes, especially men's footwear) is famous for durability.We visited the outlet for the lady's sandal. Unfortunately, I could not get the desired design or size. In fact, there is little variety in the women section.
