Once again, worst service, I've experienced, anywhere, at the check out. Only TWO checkers. The line I was in, was having a problem with the lady that was checking out, I was a couple people behind her, and the other line was VERY long. Ten minutes later, not exaggerating, the lady checked out. The guy in front of me required a price check, so the checker left, to check the price, instead of asking the person bagging to check. Finally, it was my turn, and the checker was so rude to me, as though it was my fault she had difficulty checking out the other customers. She needed a price check on one of my items, and had the nerve to tell me, it was going to take a while, so I should pay now for the items she had scanned, and pay for that item, if she's not with a customer, or go to self check, are you kidding!! I had already been waiting so very long. I got my item and went to self check. I come here because it's close, and employees in produce are very nice and helpful, and a couple of checkers are nice. Todays service is just another reason to drive a little further, more often, for better attitude and service

I love this store! I shop here weekly. I know many of the employees by name and they are always very helpful and kind to me. yes, they are out of things sometimes but no more than any other place I've shopped. it's been like this since Covid and inflation. The produce department is the best in my opinion. 5 stars each to Angel, Tony, Kelly, Hunter, other Kelly, Kenia and many others. i worked retail for years. This store is always clean and well maintained with many great employees.

Putting the Ralph's name to shame. You're literally going to come yell at me for my service dog barking at some homeless person walking around your store, pilfering from your aisles. Some dark bearded dark haired dude waiting all day to tell some customer off to feel like a bigger person. I was literally walking to the check out line when this happened. I asked the guy if he had an open register right after he yelled at me. I'm like, "Do you have an open register?" He literally pretended to not hear me saying ,"Excuse me?" I understand dogs shouldn't be barking even if it is a service but because you don't even go to lengths to be helpful instead demeaning it sets the tone for this Ralph's that the employees are shrill and the walls are stiff.

I loathe going to this grocery store. There are only 2 clerks who seem to be nice. Everyone else seems to have an attitude when you are in need of assistance. I've been to this store multiple times, monthly for the past year. There are rarely any cashiers to ring up your items in the morning and only one section of the store has "open" self check out stands. I think I ran out of patience today when I asked a clerk for a shopping bag because there were none available at my stand. I finished bagging my items and was ready to leave the store. However, the stand across the way had plenty of bags folded but there was a TRULY box resting atop the plastic bags. I asked a male employee in the self check out station if I could have a bag. He pretended to not hear me so I walked over to the bags and again, asked for a bag. He rudely stated that he was busy and begrudgingly lifted the TRULY so that I could grab a bag. The customer service atmosphere is extremely lacking. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the 2 cashiers who are generally pretty nice.

My local market and its hit or miss... not in the items you need but service. The self service thing is annoying to say the least. I feel bad to employees that have been downsized and a company out to increase profits. Once in a while you get a very happy staff member but it's becoming harder to find. On the bright side today I walked into an Irish whisky tasting with a lovely woman who was delighted I bought a bottle! More of that please!!!

High price not that much items at discounts prices high management not cooperative with customers no membership tags for I discounted items you are allowed to use the cashier discount card no rewards no points towards gas nothing good display of items look fresh if a near by grocery store opens and offer 5% to 10% discounted prices from Ralph's prices, can easily beat this store.

My neighborhood market, come in everyday. Today I was told by a manager my dog couldn't be in a shopping cart. I have a very small dog that I carry in a big beach bag. It's not the fact that it probably is a health violation, just the way this lady manager went about telling me it was violation. I explained that my little chihuahuas was in a large bag and then the manager was very unbecoming of a manager when she confronted me. I told her she was the only manager that ever said anything. I've been coming in the store for three years, everyday! She said if I didn't like it not to come in anymore. This isnt the first time I've seen her be rude, she just not very nice. Not front end material. Maybe a good spot for her would be in receiving where she could just beat up on the vendors, not customers.Respectfully Sean

I want all of the readers to know that the workers at THIS Ralph's is the kindest, sweetest and most helpful people that I have ever met. Thanks to all the workers that stopped me mid aisle and asked if I needed help or to yell extra directions to me when I asked for something. Or to the friendly check out chatter. I appreciate each of you.

Restrooms are very clean, the whole store is clean and organized. The only thing that I didn't like is all they had opened was the self check out and we had a a lot of food so it took forever. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

We've been coming to this Ralph's for almost 20 years and it has gotten better over the years. The organic fruit and vegetable section is much better than our other go-to Ralph's off of Encinitas Blvd and superior to any Vons or other major chain in the area. That's key for us. Plus, add in the multitude of digital and direct mail coupons and add in the fuel points and you'll see why this place rules. We've comparison shopped the same groceries at a few other major supermarkets and Ralph's consistently beats most others (with the exception of Trader Joe's of course). Great selection, awesome checkers and a clean well-run store will keep us shopping here for years to come.

This Ralph's is right down the street from our timeshare. It is super convenient, has plenty of parking and is always well stocked! Today we were in search of cupcakes and miscellaneous items. We were able to use the self check out and got through the store quickly. Maybe it's because it's a Resort town or maybe the Norm is now well staffed but it didn't look like anybody had a long line.

We first stopped in this Ralphs about 20 years ago and were wowed! It is a very large Ralphs, bright, airy, and well laid out. We love stopping here when we're in 5his area.. The Meat Department is great, as is the Bakery. Store associates are friendly and very helpful.

One the worse Ralphs in San Diego. Out of stock on a lot of items. On multiple occasion there has been moldy bread sold past the expiration date. Long lines with all of the campers from across the 101. Only one or two checkout lanes seem to be open. I guess they want everyone to use the self-checkout, no matter how much groceries you have.

Honestly I was not expecting much but boy was I wrong. Went in there to grab a few things and left with a full car. The guy working the cash register even gave me a discount! Great service great prices.
