First off, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that active and retired military personnel were welcomed customers…when I was there I even received an additional discount for Veteran’s Day. My anticipated impression before entering was that of expecting a smaller box/cubicle store you would find at the retail outlets. Not a chance! Spacious and uncommonly well organized with ALL Columbia products represented in a wide variety of styles, sizes, and seasons. And how about fitting rooms where the attendant chalks your name on the outside of the door—with a pleasing smile. The prices are most appropriate and in many instances less than what military folks would encounter for like products in a base or post exchange!

OUTSTANDING in every way. We were provided exceptional customer service by Kim, Morgan, and David. They were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The store itself had a huge selection & fantastic prices. We live on the other side of the county, but the drive up was definitely worth it. We will be going back! ?

Small store. Limited sizes available. Not a fabulous discount like they had in their Portland store.

The lady at the fitting rooms was so nice and she gave me great recommendations and helped me choose what she thought would fit best. I bought a couple of things and I will definitely be back! There pants are so comfortable! Awesome place!

YOU NEED A PASS TO SHOP HERE. This place is great and the prices are great too. They have stock for all seasonal activities.

Must have an invite via email or coupon to shop here. The prices discounted. The stock doesn't change very much. And the service is not typical retail but no complaints

The stock is limited but that is okay it's an employee store. The staff are very nice and the place is really well kept up.

Good prices and a lot of variety! I always make sure to get a few items when I can get a hand on a pass. When we got in Sunday late morning the lines were a little long at the register so I'd suggest going off hours when it's not so busy.

First time visit. Will definitely plan to go again.Note to first time shoppers: this is not a traditional store like macys. Or lululemon. This is a little comparable to sample sales. You will need to show a pass to get in.Clothing is in racks and shelves like a traditional store but the staff is there to clean and restock mostly. Not to answer questions or help you find a size. There are only a few fitting rooms. Try on jackets in front of the mirrors around the store and save fitting rooms forget undressedExpect lines for getting in, fitting rooms, and checking outExpect things to be in the wrong placeThose inconveniences are worth it for the pricesI got some great deals on fleeces ($26 for thin and $33 for Sherpa like) and puffer jackets! (Less than $200 for Mountain Hardware brand, much less than that for Columbia brand) Some things were xx% off lowest price marked

I was first introduced to the Employee store by a coworker that had a special shopping pass that allowed her to take guests with her to shop, and she asked me to be one of her guests.I was immediately impressed by the store and asked how I could get my business to get invitations to shop there. I worked with my company and the Employee store and made it happen. Ever since then we've gotten quarterly invitations to shop there and I take advantage of those opportunities as much as possible.I love the Columbia, Prana, and Hardwear lines especially. My favorites are the hiking pants, tanks, T's, yoga wear and swimsuits. Their prices are well below MSRP and make these higher end items more affordable. Depending on when you shop there, they might be clearing out a particular season (winter, summer, etc) and you can score up to 50% off their already discounted prices. We now make it a regular stop on our visits back to the area and stock up on clothing. They offer entrance year-round to military and first responders, including retired, so take advantage of that if you can. They even carry sleeping bags and tents. We got sleeping bags recently, that we hope to try out this camping season.Everyone is really nice, helpful and friendly and they have amazing mirrors that are adjustable for evening, office and outdoor lighting so you can see how the clothing will look in different lighting.
