Customer service was great ,he explained my plan and suggested a great bundle ,answered any questions I had and got me in and out of there with a new phone in under 25 min. Thank you Kevin, sorry for the wait !

I came to Enrique needing a phone desperately. He was at the El Camino store and he helped meet immensely! He was a mixture of kind and courteous and very very knowledgeable. I was able to purchase a phone and set up my account by transferring everything from my old phone totally painlessly. I would definitely come to this cricket again and ask for Enrique!! I only left one star because it wouldn't allow me to leave none cricket wireless is the worst place you can use I've done the bridge payment a few times and everytime today was the last time they've told me it was this a.ount I payed it and my phone was shut off and they've charged me the whole amount today I informed them it was the last month they'll get my service I've been with them for years now me and my family will find a new service as well as wen its cloudy or bad weather its service sucks and no bars don't use cricket service you wl not get good customer service and I've been with this company for years
