I have been a member of Jenny Craig for well over a decade and used it when I wanted to lose a few lbs. Recently, JC went online only and it hasn’t been great. They have a very confusing price tiering system that changes and becomes more expensive the longer you are on it. They will not be honest regarding cancellation and will charge your card without authorization. I have a confirmation number regarding a conversation stating that they wouldn’t charge my card as I wanted to cancel, but they did anyway. If you call back, you will just get transferred and put on hold, then lied to some more. Their confirmation numbers are meaningless. No one will ever address your issue

Stay away, definitely not worth the money or time spent with these people, they don’t care about the service they are providing. I also have seen disturbing news about them harassing people as well. STAY AWAY!!!

They sent me food before I even spoke with a coach or agreed to a start date. When I called, Michelle and Juan said they wouldn't help me. They need a better process including clear dates customers want the begin.

Horrible service from day one in Boise, Idaho.Did not send the food that was listed on my meal plan. They sent other food I wasn’t sure weather it was for lunch or breakfast.So disappointed I’m trying to loose wait for my wedding and they let me down. Cancelled my subscription.Horrible customer service at the Boise location.

You may never get your money back from Jenny Craig, If you returned a shipment. I have been waiting two months for a refund. Simply no problem getting their payment even before your finish your first day they are waiting payment for the next week of food. But try and get reimburse for an order you have returned, and one is sent in circles. Never again! Will I ever get 260.00 back? Well after two months I strongly think not!

I’m a platinum member of Jenny Craig since 2003. I joined pineville NC on December 9th,2019. Last week I was told I could take advantage of the 15 day free promotion by my diet counselor. She packed up my food and I was on my way no payment was made. I came in today and found out I owe $162 plus this weeks food. They claimed they called me but had a wrong number. Omg! She lied to me and told me she never said that. I insisted on speaking to a director. She told me her director Wendy was to busy to speak to me and I’d have to pay. I am so done with the lies. This company is just running a scam and should be kicked out of business. The food is worse than airline food and probably worse than prison food, which Jenny Craig owners and employees should be eating for cheating the public. Their 3 day return policy is a farce because you don't get the food until a week later. They also lie that their food is fresh frozen. It is junk; full of fake cheese, sugar, preservatives. Please don't sign up.

If I could give "0" stars, I would. I have been going to the Jenny Craig center in Alexandria Commons on Duke Street in Alexandria, VA. I found out today that my consultant, Gloria, was fired for an unknown reason. "Corporate" is saying that she quit, but I know for a fact that she did not quit. My previous consultant, Miss Pam, was also fired. God knows how many other wonderful consultants have been "let go" for no good reason. I don't go to my Jenny meetings for the food. The food is overpriced and not as good in quality. You can get the same thing with Lean Cuisine and pay a third of the price. I was going to my Jenny meetings to talk to my consultant. Now, once again, Corporate has fixed it to where I have to get used to yet another consultant. I'm not sure I will keep going to Jenny Craig. Message to Jenny Craig Corporate Office: QUIT FIRING YOUR GOOD CONSULTANTS!!!
