Brad in the pharmacy department is a true life saver. I visited the pharmacy due to an emergency on July 4th holiday 7:30am. Brad went out of his way to make sure all of medical supplies are found and explained for my emergency. I have not yet to see such a great helper at any CVS in my lifetime.

The staff, Jamie and Jimie, were so nice , welcoming who offered to help me and their best that I could find my favorite items with fast checkout and good discounts, competative pricing. I’ll coming back to this branch and recommend it to my friends.

I’m a LOCAL. I literally live 0.2 mile away. I’m
Off work at 10:00pm as a private caregiver and Spinal Cord Injury Specialist. I use a CPAP to sleep and at times my nasal passage closes. I use Afrin to help with breathing. This CVS Closes at 10pm. I literally have leave work early to race to this CVS to get my OTC (over the counter) 90 % of the time I’m successful but on Occasions, I’m late. I called the number of this listed on the door and the manager allows me in to buy my Afrin today. Ricky did not allow me to come inside at 10: 13pm PST To purchase my Afrin, he flipped me off and told me pharmacy only.

Very grateful to the gentleman at the pharmacy who took the time to make sure everything was great with my prescription pickup. Very impressed with how he went out of his way to get everything perfect. Great service at the checkout, too. Thank you, CVS for hiring such great people!

CVS El Camino Real is a very decent pharmacy to visit despite of these negative reviews from some wherein in my experience, I'm fortunate enough not to encounter such incidents in reference with what these people were whining about.
Moved recently in Oside but familiar with El Camino Real Carlsbad location due to siblings who reside nearby and this is also their pharmacy & actually, not just for reviews per se, this CVS never fails my expectations in lieu of Rx staff members and such.
The Customer Service register employee, who's name is Jaime, is indeed a very competent delightful one.
CVS is fortunate to have a reliable employee like Jaime. Pls give him a chance to succeed! Kudos Jaime! Great job.

Store #9479 Carlsbad, CA Pharmacist Reza was FABULOUS - so kind and caring. I had a Memorial Day issue - pointy succulent fell into my eye and I was hurting and needed a special eye drop. This CVS did not have (backorder) BUT Reza persisted to help me. He was calm and did not give up - called the doc and stayed on hold for 10-15 minutes. He gave us 2 possible substitute drops that he had and we headed back to the urgent care to talk to the doctor in person - but Reza called us back before we had to walk in - he connected and got the substitute Rx! I was hurting - but his care and attention to a complete stranger warmed our hearts. We now know what drugstore to go to - SUPER THANK YOU REZA !!!!

It’s an absolute lie that this pharmacy is open 24/7. The store closes so there is no one to let you in unless you pound on the door. Is this acceptable, CVS? Absolutely insane. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

We get it you hate your job and you don't care either. Waa they are cutting your hours, waa it's busy. At least can be kind to your customers and not talk down to us like we are idiots. If you hate your jobs so much go work somewhere else or in a different field.

absolutely the worst customer service. i was waiting in line for over 15 minutes in the pharmacy like and i was the next one in line. i walked up when it was my turn and the lady told me to step back in line because i wasn't called. a lady with a dog walked up from an aisle and she took care of her. it wasn't even a service animal. absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know what it is about this place where the pharmacists (not their staff) have to be so darn rude and mean. They also are argumentative and don't listen. They act as if they could care less and that we as customers owe them somehow simply by being in their presence. This seems to be a toxic pattern with several of their pharmacists. And it's the pharmacists, not the staff that helps them. Guess it's the old saying "birds of a feather flock together " because almost all of them are rude. Well, I won't be back. I'll give my business elsewhere.
