I went in to see Susan Ward today for a partial highlight and haircut. I knew what I liked and had one picture for her to reference but other than that I struggled a bit to explain my vision. She was very patient, kind and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was spot on, and I left her feeling overwhelmed with happiness. She did a beautiful job on my highlights and my cut is incredible. She gave my hair new life! Even my 10 year old daughter told me “wow mom, that looks so good” when I got home. Thank you Susan! It’s so evident you truly care about your clients and you are also very talented. I’m so happy I found you!

Susan is the most consistent hair stylist I've ever been to. For someone who mostly does women, I was baffled at how incredible my haircuts are as a man.

I have been going to Susan Ward several times to get my hair done and after amazing service I go no where else to get my hair done. Susan is such an incredible hairstylist. She provides the best service each time. She never fails to disappoint. I come in with photos each time and before we get started she takes the time to go through what I want vs what I don’t want. I never feel like I am getting rushed out the door or on a time crunch. I would recommend her to anyone. Even if you just have an idea of what you want, you will not be disappointed how it turns out. She is very experienced and knows that would look good on anyone. My entire family goes to her and I will continue to recommend to anyone.

Susan is a miracle worker! When I first came
to DeStefanos, my hair was over-processed, damaged, and breaking off. Now, thanks to Susan, it is growing out longer and healthier. And now I have the most beautiful highlights! I get compliments regularly about my healthy hair and the color, and I’m back to being a “ California blonde “ ! Also love the easy going quiet atmosphere at DeStefano’s. It’s truly a relaxing experience.

Susan has been my hairdresser for about 10 years. She is an expertise in color, cuts and condition of hair. After a surgery I was experiencing hair loss, but she has given me all the tips needed for healthy regrowth. I have recommended several friends to use her and everyone is extremely happy.
