Louis was awesome—he blew Brett’s mind with his awesome speakers. He also fashioned some wires for us right before our eyes. Guys- they’re opening up a record store in the front as well… get over here.

All four of the guys at DSS take your project seriously and work to educate you on options available. They provide the components at a competitive price and then come to your home to help make the installation experience one that assures that you get all that you're looking for. They are patient, flexible, and highly skilled at what they do. Frankly, you'd be crazy not to visit their showroom to talk to them about creating the customized experience you desire. The money is well spent, and the pricing is fair. Can't say enough about the advanages of using this company.. Old fashion customer service with all the current knowledge. Rock Star Perfect!

I broke the wiring to the cartridge on my record player so gave DSS a call. They told me to bring it in and they would take a look. Long story short it couldn't be fixed on the fly, but they legitimately tried and provided me with practical options. Didn't try to upsell and didn't even end up charging me for the evaluation. Genuinely helpful and cool guys.

Joe was happy to answer several questions on email for me prior to hiring them and Daniel, the installer, did an outstanding job - media cabinet now looks professional grade, pricing reasonable, and quick to get it done.

Over the years I have purchased a number of stereo components, TV's and systems from Mark and team at Dynamic Sound Systems. I can say that in every single case their recommendations have been 100% accurate. I approached them a few weeks ago with their recommendation for a new, best-in-class large screen TV. They recommended the Sony XR83-AJ90R. I did some research on the model and then placed my order. They sold me the tv at a cost below what I can buy on the internet and below the best sale price at Best Buy. When I told them what I wanted with this new set I was very specific in a few special demands - the most important being that I wanted to be able to use one single remote for everything - control of my surround sound, switching between apps (Netflix, Prime, and cable tv), and I wanted to be able to change channels on my Spectrum set-top box. I am happy to say that it all works as advertised. I went from 3 remotes to 1 - my wife loves me! I have used DSS for my 2 channel music listening room, and all of the components in my Home Theatre room, and I will be back for future upgrades to each of those systems. Thank you Brian, Joe and Mark! Nice work.

DSS is located in Carlsbad. Even if you live in San Diego area, this is the place to go if you are interested in high-end audio systems!I came to know DSS through Google when I decided to have a stereo system. DSS offered a demo session, and patiently demonstrated some combs. When I showed particular interests in B&W, they offered a demo session as soon as they got the 805D4 demo ready. Joe was very knowledgable and offered good advices of the setup, from the source, the amp and the choice of speakers.I placed my order at the end of 2021, and got my Mcintosh amp on March 2022. Due to COVID, B&W has a back-order issue, and Mark and his team has called me regularly for updates. Even though it is long waiting, I am well informed and prepared. Finally the speaker arrived at June.After one week of breaking in, the systems sounds amazing! Thanks Mark's team very much for making the purchase experience smooth, transparent, and mostly important enjoyable! They are professional in high-end audio system! I am sure to come back to DSS when ordering more gears!
