“The company I worked for (Rolltechs Specialty Vehicle) recently wanted to buy some radios for easier communication between the office and the shop. We found 2 way direct and ordered some. When we did not receive any tracking, I called and found out the ones we ordered were not in stock. After inquiring and some homework, Taylor (the employee that was helping me) found some way cheaper, same tech that we were looking for. We had already paid for the original ones, so when we switched our order, they used the money we paid for the original ones, for the new ones. We received the money back with no issues, as well as our radios. Apparently the frequency we are on had more traffic than we knew, so we called Taylor back and they sent a label for us to send them back to get them re-programmed.I have no received them back yet, but will update when I do.
