Super easy to find but LOCKED when the business there is closed for the day or weekend since the business locks the parking lot during those times. It would be nice if the box were 24/7 accessible like other mailboxes and drop boxes. Carlsbad is a safe town so no need for this level of security imho.

It is located IN the parking structure right next the the ACES labeled side of the building. A little sneaky to find! You can drive into the parking structure and exit through the other side.
