Inside parking garage. You can just walk through the car entrance and it is on your right.

Super easy to find but LOCKED when the business there is closed for the day or weekend since the business locks the parking lot during those times. It would be nice if the box were 24/7 accessible like other mailboxes and drop boxes. Carlsbad is a safe town so no need for this level of security imho.
