I have been coming to this location for many years because of the quality service provided, but mainly because I am always treated with respect, kindness and my time valued. I have especially enjoyed working with Miguel. He has gone above and beyond to help me numerous times when unexpected problems have come up. I feel he is honest and actually cares to help, which has not been my experience at other places I've been in the past. If Miguel is unavailable I have found everyone who works here to be friendly and helpful as well. I have not felt pressured to get service done or felt I was taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge about services provided. All of these reasons are why I continue to take my car here. Fixing and keeping up on car maintenance is never fun so I really sincerely appreciate the treatment I get from Miguel and all employees here. They all are the reason I will be back.

If you are a woman who has struggled to find trustworthy mechanics, Firestone has the best here in Carlsbad. They listen to me they explain things to me and they gave me the best deal. You can't go wrong with Firestone in Carlsbad

Spent 8 hours here waiting for a 2 tire replacement and an alignment save your time go somewhere else I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Firestone store in Carlsbad, California, has an acknowledgment employee with a professional attitude who takes care of the client's needs and makes them live in a place with good conferences for the service they receive. I will recommend that friends and family utilize the service.

It happening over and over to people and no one at Firestone does anything about it! You set an online appointment go to the store and they say “it’s not in the system.” The store literally says, “online appointments don’t work” when you walk in. You waste people’s time.
