Unfortunately for me, this is the closest forever21 for miles from me. The clothes aren’t what’s the problem, it’s the employees who lack the proper training and customer service skills to assist customers efficiently. I made sure to confirm—not once, but three times that I can return all the items I purchased—only to come back and be told that I’m unable to get a refund for an item. The employee who helped with the return said, “it was our new hire, but we just work here, I can’t do anything,” which is true, so why aren’t they training new hires properly? Or at least finding a way to take accountability and compensate for a mistake they obviously made. It’s extremely upsetting to also noticeably see an employee lack empathy and instead giggle with another coworker about something she had put on her Instagram story—incredibly unprofessional. Looks like I’ll only be going to Forever21 if absolutely necessary and ONLY online.

ppl walking around and at changing rooms are nice.

Yesterday morning time we went shopping for some good stuff and a wonderful young lady named Mary went far and beyond to help me, she was kind at all times and able to find me a chair due to I couldn't find where to sit to try some booties. I deeply appreciate Forever 21 having employees like Mary, that understand customer service and make you feel welcome and appreciated.

tall bleach blonde haired lady with chapped lips. that worked here was very condescending and rude to me. i came in with no intention of leaving having a bad day and she took me making a return very personally and judgey. she did not come off respectful or nice, and seemed blatantly rude and discriminatory. she didn't let me make a return and made me feel insecure that i had stretched the clothing i was returning as it was too small for me the one time i had tried it one. didnt get the name but will never go back to this store because of her. i never understand why other women feel the need to put other women down. it is a job, it is not that serious.

I wanna say I went there few days ago and I remember I met a BEAUTIFUL blonde Girl that she went BEYOOND HELPING ME she was really friendly !! I ask her name she said NOEL hopefully I’m spelling it right hehe (: REALLY NICE GIRL :) <3. ^^

I recently brought a coat here because I was going out of town. I ended up going but didn't need that big enough of coat so I decided to return it. Noelle (blond hair. Manager on 11/19 ) checked me out which I had the RECEIPT in the bag and TAGS STILL ATTACHED. She starts questioning me why I'm returning it and if she can see ID because I paid CASH. I can see if I paid card but I paid CASH. With RECEIPT AND TAGS still attached. Of course my ID was at home from just traveling so I had to go home just to show her a ID for a cash purchase. WalMart doesn't even do that because I had all PROOF I PURCHASED IT FROM THE STORE. i came back got in line n the next person returned my item without asking for a ID. I will not return to this store because it's either a different policy to some employees or Noelle is profiling certain shoppers that shop there! It's a disgrace.

Large clean store, selection is not great. Service is slow. Came here one day to just browse, the store is pretty clean and things were pretty organized. However I found that their selection was very limited, and the sizes were also very limited. prices were high compared to H&M and other same level clothing store. There was very few staff working and so no one was around to help. Dressing room had one attendant and so the line was a bit of wait. The checkout line was also kind of long. I didn't have the patience to wait, so I left.

My wife loves this place so I love it too. Good sales & employees are alright, they look kinda dead sometimes but whatever. Squirt them with some water & they should wake up right away
