Francesca’s is my favorite place to buy earrings, I was so sad when two of my earrings broke (the stones fell out). I came in hoping to find another pair to exchange and Bree was so sweet and had no problem helping me pick out another pair similar. They were having a sale so I even purchased two more pairs after the exchange. Really sweet workers they have at Francesca’s !

I went to the mall because I wanted something nice to wear to my Grandmothers funeral. I was in the mall for an hour half, in and out of stores, and not one person asked me if I needed help. I finally walked into Francesca’s and Samantha was there to greet me. She super sweet and helpful. She showed me where the black shirts I was asking for were, but I didn’t like the way it looked, so recommended a cute black jumpsuit that was perfect. I am so thankful for her that day, I was having such a hard day and she was really amazing. Thank you so much Samantha! You helped more than you know ?

When you walk to a store because your 5 years old daughter pulled you there to explore jewelry and their clothing but you have no intention to buy anything, then with a nice greeting from a salesperson and her wonderful, professional attitude you can change your mind and decide to take a look at their clothing. This young lady was so patience with my daughter, I decided to choose some clothing and try them on. She decided to entertain my child then i can freely without rush to try stuff. At the end I leave the store with 2 pair of jeans and a cute top that she matched with my pants. This young lady who is Addy made a huge difference in my opinion for shop that day! A good salesperson can run the business not only the management.Addy was very freindly , greeting us in a very professional manner . She did go above and beyond to entertain my daughter which she didn’t have to do it. I would call it a professional customer service which is very rare theses days. A good salesperson like Addy can have a positive impact to a Business and increase the profit of the company.Addy thank you very much for your professionalism . We will definitely come back to shop more.In term of quality of clothing, I would say it has a good quality and price is fair. Store located in Forum carlsbad shopping center, store #21.
