Worst experience ever. This unit did not work from day 1. You can’t put the unit next to anything metal, as told to me by customer service. They did send me a replacement unit but the new one has a screw rattling around on the inside, and the same problems persist. Complete waste of money.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Absolutely terrible. The simulator stops worksing constantly and all I get from Full Swing is "unplug it and plug it back in." I manage a luxury community. This is unacceptable
