Zero stars. Terribly rude customer service. They advertise prices that they don’t honor just to get you to click and then the prices do not match what you originally saw listed. Managers are rude and hang up on you. Just awful awful way to do business and treat customers. Good luck to them in the future.

Shows the lowest price marginally for many items and then you go to checkout and there isn't free shipping even after $150. So pretty much the same price or even slightly more as everyone else but they are getting you to their website by tricking you in thinking their price is lower. Do better!

Purchased many items from this company over a period of two or three years, and was satisfied with their products and delivery. However, the first time I had an issue (sent the wrong item), the service I received was horrible. They asked for pictures of the item, which I sent them. I also pointed out to them the product they sent me vs. the product I ordered. They never responded to me after asking for the pictures of the item and I never received the item I paid for.

Took a gamble on the mystery box. One shirt was the wrong size. Sent out a new one quickly at no additional charge. Well taken care of.

I bought a pair of golf shoes for $49. They sent the worng size. I had to pay the return shipping of $12 and they charged me a restocking fee of $5 for their error. So, I got nothing and it cost me $17. I called the store and they said that's too bad but they d not pay return postage and do charge a restocking fee. I will never again buy anything from these folks.

I ordered through GolfEtail using Rakuten website. Order came timely and was a good price.....however GoflEtail sends 2 or more promotional messages a day to my Rakuten messages as a reply to my one order. Tried calling, emailing their support and sending messages back asking them to stop. They spam me and has made the one order a nightmare of messages. Order at your own risk.
