I like coming here for mostly hatsune miku. They have alot of variety and different Fandoms and clothing styles. I will say that the selection is pretty bare and relies on what feels like dead stock sometimes. The atmosphere is super nice though i love how it has that dark vibe.

Cielo (I’m sorrry if I butchered their name) was so wonderful with me today. I was looking for a concert outfit and was really struggling. They ended up helping me pick out the cutest skirt and some accessories! I literally don’t think I could’ve done it without them. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming!

Drove a long distance to this location to exchange a product that was ordered online. I tried walking in at 7:20pm only to find the employees had closed early. They were still in the store and we asked if we could simply exchange the product and were told they closed early. She was also rude about it. Perhaps update those store hours to prevent things like this. Frustrating.

They closed doors at 7:00pm
I drove one hour for and exchange on a damaged bag, they refused to exchange my bag because they closed one hour early than the usually scheduled.
What an horrible service and what a very rude employees

I was very happy to come to this Hot Topic! I was very satisfied with everyone who helped me! I love all of the various T-shirts with bands and all of the other pop culture garments and accessories! I hope to come here again if I am in the area!

The worst Hot Topic I think I’ve actually ever been to. The store only had a few people in it. Nothing compared to how Hot Topic usually is. Not a single staff member asked to help or gave us the deals run down while there. I stood waiting and asking for a staff to help me get something down I wanted to buy. No one came to help. I went up to the counter to ask and this sweet young girl was going to help but her coworker stopped her and told her she would help me AFTER helping someone else. Mind you, I had entered the store long before the other person they were going to help first. I had even been standing there trying to find someone to help me when they entered the store. I remember because the young lady asked me to move out of the way. In all my years of going to Hot topic this is the first time I have been to one and was just completely and utterly ignored. My first time at that hot topic at this location will and definitely my last.

Elena (I hope that’s how you spell it) is an absolute gem. She remembers me every time I come in and comments how me finding my style in the nicest way. She has helped me so many times figuring things out and always has recommended amazing items. I always mention just how sweet she is to my friends and she makes my day and my goth style so happy.
