Customer service was great !! Shoutout to Maliah from store 509 ! She was very sweet and gave us so many shoe options when they didn’t have our size . She has amazing customer service .

I go to journeys to get shoes and I ask for my size in women’s obviously because I am a woman. Then the lady brings it out and says here you go and check me out and guess what she gave me men’s shoes not to mention she whispered with her coworker and started laughing at my, disabled niece, I will not coming back to return these men’s shoes

I wasn’t going to leave a review but todays interaction made me change my mind. A few months ago I came here and bought a pair of shoes then came back to return them and buy something else because I changed my mind (they were a gift and I no longer thought my sister would like them.) I was super apologetic while returning the shoes and changing my mind. A few weeks later I had to return the shoes because they were too small for my sister. I felt really bad for returning an item again and apologized to the employee (same one as before) and said I didn’t mean to be a problematic customer. She seemed upset but I moved on. I went back today to buy my own pair of shoes (almost 3 months later) and while buying them she came out from the back and made a face at me then said “oh. Welcome back.” At this point I shouldn’t be made to feel bad/ uncomfortable for returning items twice (which isn’t even a big deal?) and apologizing for the situation. This lady was rude for no reason and it left me feeling really uncomfortable to be at the store.

Customer service was not the best today. Employee was speaking rudely and not helping even when I had questions about a certain shoe size. The worker (white lady) was too busy on her phone sending voice messages to even acknowledge me and was quick to shoo my family and I away. I put back the item I was thinking of buying. ??

Thank you Farid ! He had a great attitude, and personable! You saved the day ! My feet wear killing me in the vans a friend gave to me. Like brand new but she didn’t want them anymore. Not a brand I would wear personally. Started hurting my heal.i asked for a bandaid he gave me a couple. He suggested Crocs . So comfortable!

Terrible employees. My family and I walked into the store, and had to ask the three employees standing around speaking to themselves for help. We got a begrudging response from a morbidly obese woman with pink hair who scowled at us during the entire process of trying on shoes. When we had to order shoes, she sent us the wrong shoes. Shop anywhere but here.

I went to get sneakers for my son I told the employee my son was very picky, also told him he wore a size 8 . they did not have his size in the shoes we wanted , (color ) so we ordered then and we shipped to the house the employee insisted that my son took a 7 1/2 and that they would be fine. I took his advice as he sells shoes.... right.... My son got them they were tight, he wore them around slightly , I drove back to the store to the same employee who now was not excited to see us , ( let me mention that when he checked us out they were not what they were marked either they were way more in $$$ , anyways , he would not take them back or exchange them he told me to sell them on face book market place!!!! as they were used. and that was that we left the store ....and I purchased shoes at another store as my son needed shoes!!!! forward to now 2 months later I have been in contact with Journeys customer service 5 -6 times managers etc. I am still waiting for my refund they said they would issue me as I shipped back the shoes 2 months ago!!!!! today I now am being made to drive back to the store and get my money back from the same employee that I bought the shoes from!!! this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen . 2 months and 2 checks they never sent , and the purpose of me not going into he store is that the employee is not kind!!!! THANKS JOURNEYS

Don't bother signing up for their emails, they do not honor the coupons they send you. I will go elsewhere and buy the same shoes much cheaper. Store is a joke. Employees treated me like I was stupid, I know what the email stated, tried telling me I was wrong. I have 2 of the same emails!

Saturday (09/07/2022) My girlfriend and her 2 kids,( I have to mention that they are latinos) entered the store located at surgaloaf mall in GA, there was 5 sales rep. ( all 5 african-.americans) behind the counter chatting among themselves, no one Acknowledged her presence nor attempted to help her. She made nothing of it, attributing the behavior to the anti social nature of youth nowadays, then a black lady entered the store, to her surprise, one of the representative immediately sprintered from behind the counter to greet her and offer to help, making my girl feel like she was invisible to them because she not african-american. Even the kids noticed the behavior and ask their mom, why they did not offer the help them and treated that black lady quite different from them......needless to say my girlfriend walked out of the store and went shopping somewhere else, where all shoppers are treated equally.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE. 3 days after I had received my shoes, I spoke to a customer service rep because I had to return and they have a wonky return policy. The customer service rep said she would call me back, did not of course. Then I just went 45 mins out of my way to return the shoes at a store. A day after I returned them, someone at the store or the customer service rep ordered themselves a pair on my credit card in the same size but to a different location. I had to put in a fraud claim, get a refund and get a new credit card. How pathetic and how d*** are people? You want to steal a $35 pair of sneakers thinking I won't notice that? Maybe if you actually did something decent with your life you could make the $35 on your own to buy a pair of sneaker and won't have to steal someone's credit card to do so. THIS Is the problem with our country, sh*tholes like this exist.

Mike was the absolute employee I have ever encountered. His attitude, body language, and overall demeanor was disgusting. He talked to me as I was an inconvenience and bothering him when I just came to get a different size shoe size. He had an attitude with me the entire time. Rolling his eyes at me, looking at me like I'm an alien, his tone towards me was like a teenager who hates the world. I would never want someone like mike to work at my store...ever! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!! WORST EMPLOYEE EVER!!!!

Larry was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and honest with my husband and me. I think he said he’s been with the company for 30+ years, which really says something about the place. I didn’t end up getting the boots I was looking at today, but I’ll go back. In the meantime, I wanted to at least give Larry some credit for his great salesmanship. I wish all shopping experiences were this pleasant.

Love this shoe store. It's a timeless classic and always great customer service!! If you need to place an online order they are trustworthy unlike other places like urban outfitters journeys just has an elegance and class Which is exhibited by the way that they treat their customers and it's always been that way so you can tell that they really train their people well and it's appreciated. Besides that they always have an awesome selection it's been like that since I was in middle school so not sure who didn't give the store five stars but you're Trippin.

I went here to get some shoes cuz why not and the ladies were so rude and kept looking at me for no reason. I had finally had the courage to ask them for the shoes I wanted and once I told them the size they said “we only have 10 and up” so I’m like well maybe I should ask for the 10 to see if they fit so I asked for 10 and they decided that they don’t have 10 anymore after 2 mins. I do not recommend going here
