This firm took my case when no one else would. I had 9 months with no treatment and got strung along, by the other persons insurnace being told they were gonna give me a settlement amount. That ended up being a lie. After I hired this firm, I got the treatment I needed, and after about a year and a half of being with them, I finally got compensated for all the pain I went through. Thank you guys so much for helping me out in my time of need, and answering my many many questions. They are also very military friendly!

Worse experience ever. I’d call every six months or so to check on my case. I never heard from them. The office gal admitted several times they lost my file. It kept getting buried at the bottom of a pile. Several years later she barely got me anything for my back pain & loss of work. Find someone else with more integrity.

From our first meeting with Catharine we felt as though she was concerned about us and carefully listened to our situation and advised us as to the viability of our case being ruled in our favor. She recommended doctors, dentists and chiropractic professionals to assist us in the process. All necessary paperwork related to this case was professionally handled by their firm. I was rear ended by someone without insurance in 2017. After about 4 weeks of treatment, my insurance tried to say I didn't need any more medical services - that couldn't have been farther from the truth. My chiropractor recommended Ms. Kroger-Diamond to me, and I'm forever grateful. It took 4 years (because of how long my treatment took, and my insurance dragging their feet), but we finally settled everything. Even better, the amount was about 20% higher than the number they anticipated! I wouldn't hesitate to refer any friends or family to this firm!

I found myself in an accident flower riding my bike with a SUV that didn't see me. Catharine Kroger diamond and herself are still working on my settlement, but she and her staff inattentive to my emails and especially my request 4 advances that is needed in my life right now. She's great, as long as you have a case going in your favor Katherine Krueger diamond and her staff has no problem assisting me with small advances from my settlement in the future.
