Francisco was very helpful and friendly, helped myself and a friend instantly and gave us some insight on different products with clear knowledge of his store. I went to the other kids store a few stores down and the man there was very rude and unhelpful. Thank you Francisco!

Today I walked in and was greeted with a huge smile plus welcoming service. I never buy hats usually, however, Troy was the absolute best at his job and providing excellent customer service.
