Great service. So friendly. Nice selection for almost any occasion. Go inside instead of online. Save our retail spaces and enjoy seeing and touching the fabrics in person. Great sales ongoing.

Had a great experience at this Loft location. I had come here a few days ago and purchased a few items. I came back to return an online purchase from a week ago and the associate went out of her way to find sizes and shirts that were equivalent to what I had ordered. I was happy with the exchange and what I left with. Really appreciated her taking the time to find my petite sizing vs. regular and helping me with the exchange. Will be back!

I loved this store for many years, but I have to say the staff that works there now leaves so much to be desired. I walked in, smiled and said hello to them, they never replied, they never asked if I needed help, they never offered a changing room, and I when I found a pair of pants I wanted, I decided to put them back due to the fact i didn't want to interact with the rude person behind the counter that was berating a coworker for not pushing the credit card option on the last person to check out. I'd rather order online and wait for shipping. This store is the ONLY store in the forum that didn't have staff that greeted, offered to help, and had a wonderful cheer about them. White House, Chicos, Anthro, Madewell, and Urban Outfitters ALL got my business today. Loft is the only one that I could have bought and didn't all because of their poor staffing behavior. Please hire better Loft!

Lady behind the counter had a smug face and didn’t even care, she gave a rude attitude when we returned stuff. When we left she was happy enough to say have a great day to us. Where was that when we entered the store?

I just received some surprisingly terrible customer service in your Carlsbad CA location. I suppose everyone has a bad day, but I very nicely asked her if I could ask her a question and she ignored me. I asked her again, and she waved her finger and said "I'm not on the clock yet".

This is my favorite store, but today I was so disappointed. There is very little merchandise. 2 employees stood around talking while 1 was checking people out. No one acknowledged me. No one offered to help. Dressing rooms needed to be cleaned. Checkout girl could not get a coupon to work. Finally left without buying anything. A $75 sale walked out the door. So disappointed.

Everyone at the Forum has started to open and yet LOFT isn't, despite Google and Yelp indicating that it is. All I wanted to do was return an item purchased online. Fix your hours!

Did you know that Loft has a thieving return policy? I had no idea, after shopping there for many years, but this time I ran afoul of their 30-day cutoff for returns (I had surgery and could not make it to the store on time), and GUESS WHAT THEY DO?? If you return past 30 days, they will give you back only the current selling price of the items you purchased. In my case, they admit to how crappy their product is by returning me $6 on 50-dollar pants and $14 on a similar 50-ish dollar blouse. The items I returned are brand new with tags still on. It's theft!!! Most other stores I shop at have 60- to 90-day return policies, and after those cutoffs, they give you full store credit. Clearly, they don't value their clients in the least; I ended up paying a bunch of money for things I didn't keep. Absurdity. I'm never shopping at the Loft again.

I love The Loft and I would say that 60% of the clothes I own are from here. That is why it saddens me to only give this location 3 stars. The location itself is great with a lot more availability then some of the other locations. The associates on the other hand are what drive my inability to give this location 5 stars. I came in looking for a larger size of the pants I had picked up from this very same location 2 days prior. I looked around to see if I could locate the same exact pants myself but I could not. I approached 2 associates who were less then helpful (subpar standards from what I expect from a Loft store) and told me to go look for it in the petites section. Neither of them offered to help me look for them. As I was checking out I was asked if I had found everything I was looking for and I informed the 3rd associate that I had not and the other associates were less then helpful. She was kind enough to go look for the pants I was seeking and even checked in the back. I wish I had gotten this associates name so I could praise her here but I did not.

The two ladies behind the counter at the time of check out appeared to be busy, smug. Neither looked up to assist until I said something. When one item did not have the price tag, I went to retrieve one that did but the 2nd gal did not even say I didn't have to but did not offer to place item back. I did. This would be five stars if the lovely gal that did help me initially and with the dressing room also assisted at the register.

I visited this store for the first time located in The Forum. The Loft is Ann Taylor's cheaper cousin. No one greets you when you enter or asks if you need assistance when you are in the store. I asked the employee a question and she could not have been less friendly. I liked some of the clothing but found the price a little too high for the quality. I don't think I will be back.
