My husband's shirts came out beautifully cleaned and pressed with just the right amount of starch. We also had her hem several pairs of pants and they came out perfect as well, at a fair price. Glad to have found Los coaches cleaners.Services: Alterations

Worst customer service ever! The owner began a minor sewing repair without informing me of the cost. When I asked the price, she looked over, got up out of her seat, and returned the slacks to me unrepaired. She yelled that she had no time for me!Hmm…just because I had the audacity to ask for the cost of a repair before she began the job. The oddest part of this entire scenario is that I was willing to pay for it… I just wanted to know if I was going to pay w/ cash or credit card. Never again!

Stay away!!! I've been going here for a few years and it's gone downhill recently. Dropped off my sons very expensive suit for him and picked it up and on the inside of the suit jacket there's some kind of weird residue all over it and it was sloughing off during a job interview! We don't even know at this point if the residue will come off. Also, took my cashmere sweater here and when I picked it up the sweater material was thinner which was really weird and there was a small hole in the lower front of it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband picked up a load of about 10 dress shirts last night and three of them had holes in them. Not little holes but BIG holes right in the front. The cleaners just folded the arms over the holes, slid the plastic over them, and returned them like that. When he got home and discovered them he immediately called and left a message, upset because he was leaving on a business trip early this morning and needed those shirts. I just took them back in to the cleaners and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said "we don't know what the stains were... they could have been car acid." I pointed out that they were (expensive) dress shirts so it was unlikely to be anything like car acid. She just kept shrugging and saying that the shirts had been "so dirty." She had the nerve to say "your husband's shirts were so dirty we all said he must have worn them for a week." First of all, like everyone, we're in this lockdown. The shirts are not getting much wear. Second, how can you say something like that to a customer... a good customer! If this had been the first occasion like this with Los Coches Cleaners we might not be so upset but three years ago they lost several shirts of mine without any recompense, or even an apology. So, please, do yourself a favor and use another cleaners. There are plenty. I usually take my clothes all the way over to Frontier Cleaners in Encinitas who have been around for more than 30 years and run by a lovely family. Sorry for the rant. This is my PSA for the year.
