Always liked this store due to the manageable size and the easy shopping experience. On my two recent visits in Oct and Nov '22, I was very impressed by a young employee named Hayley. She is polite, observant, and offered assistance with during both visits with holding my selection of for me at the register, and with helping me look for sizes, colors that were not on display. It is rare to experience such understated yet sincere customer service that really enhances the shopping experience, specially during the busiest shopping season of the year. Hayley deserves recognition for her exceptional performance.

They said they were closing for 30 min for lunch, since "it was just the 2 of us." I waited around for an hour and finally left. They were the reason I drove up to these outlets, very disappointing, Lucky Brand just lost a customer, plus about 5 possible sales as I stand here typing this and people walk up to find them closed. Bad form, Lucky Brand. Zero stars. ?

When i got there i was shooed out of the store because they were closing for "30 minutes" for lunch, since "it was just the 2 of us." I waited around for over an hour and finally left. They were the reason I drove up to these outlets, very disappointing, Lucky Brand just lost a customer, plus about 5 possible sales as I stand here typing this and people walk up to find them closed. I’ve always had great experiences at Lucky, but the customer service at this location really blew me away. Angeli was so sweet and fun, and made my mother and I feel so welcome and comfortable asking questions and seeking help. She was also sure to explain all the sales and promotions that were going on at the time, and we made out like bandits! Will definitely be back soon!

The young female manager who was working 3/21/22 around 2:00pm deserves a raise or bonus! She had to deal with a very aggressive "Karen" demanding the manager and her money back even though the policy was clearly stated on receipt. Manager then offers to give "Karen" a store credit to which this crazy person goes off saying, "I don't want to come back into this piece of s**t store ever again so what else are you going to do for me?" The manager then calmly and professionally asked her to leave. Why are people so damn angry these days? Just take the credit for Gods Sake!! Anyways, hoping some good can come from this and she can get a raise or at the very least kudos for having to deal with that crap. Cause NO ONE gets paid enough to put up with that...

I was in lucky Brand Jeans today with my mom and unfortunately there were none of my size in women bootcut jeans for 2L and I asked the worker if they can check if they have some online and I would order them from there in person and she told me I had to check that on my own online because sometimes it doesn't appear in stock from there end after that I left to go check if they have my size and she repeats that they only have regular no long size. I continued to ask the other worker and received the same response. After that I left because the customer care was unsatisfactory. If you truly cared about customer care you would try and fit thier needs in order to consume at your store. I've been at the store I've been able to place orders in store. I hope they take I'm consideration this review to step up customer care. It doesn't hurt to show your customer you are checking online.

I really like how the clothes fit on me. I am a pretty regular sized person and often have trouble with the right clothes on me. Lucky brand offers some current casual type clothing that fits my style. Also, in every store I have been in the staff have really been helpful. I am also kind of a dorky single guy, so it helps to get a woman's opinion.

Absolutely, the worst experience ever in a Lucky Brand Store. The salesperson actually asked me to step aside so she could wait on another customer. Wait WHAT? Completely insulting to me that I wasn't worth an exemplary customer experience, rather another person was. I actually asked her, "So you want me to step aside and wait while you take care of another person?" Hmm..... So I stepped aside and she continued to process my return. Mind you I had waited my turn several minutes while she was waiting on several other customers. No rushing on my part. But seriously, why would she think that I didn't deserve service when it was my turn? Then she was completely lacking in the the common courtesy to explain what I was getting back from my return. She handed me my receipts and couldn't explain the my refund. Inept! If this is the type of customer service lucky brand is putting out there, they need to send this employee to training, remedial.
