Corporate policy Sucks! The Manger says "read the fine print" when buying on-line sales items as Lulu refused to refund my credit card for a LuLu defective men's shirt! So LuLu liquidates defective items under their "on-line sales promotions" then will only give store credit to then re-purchase non-defective items FULL RETAIL. It's a scam.

Customer service is disappointing. Called twice, no answer. Left a voice message, no return call. Then when I went into the store to exchange an item, the sales person gave me a snarky attitude.

This specific Lululemon store had outstanding service! The teams at the store went above and beyond to assist me and my purchases. I went to the store on two different days in the same week and both sales individuals went out of their way to assist me. Nice work in training this staff as I purchased a lot of clothes and it was an enjoyable experience! Love the clothes, and the service!

This store is the worst! Female Sales associate is super rude.. I've never been treated the way this female sales associate did.. I hope the owner knows what she is doing, she's ruining lululemon's image. So disgusting

For such a big store did not have the items I was looking for. The service was lackluster at best. I was referred to the website multiple times to buy there but I was wanting something that day. Ended up settling for a different item that I'm not as happy with. For the price I shouldn't have to settle

Walked in about an hour before closing to get some last minute leggings for my daughter starting track! The sales lady gave us a quick but informative run down on her recommendation of which style leggings to try. She even gave us accurate sizing just but looking at my daughter The dressing room attendant was super friendly and helpful as well! They both really made our shopping experience awesome! Fast forward to check out- they give a %15 off discount for first responders and military! Super cool! The store is super clean and the staff are all very friendly! Customer service is definitely top notch!

I wish I could buy everything in here. Came into pick up a repair for my daughter and exchange a short length from an online purchase- the young lady that helped us was fantastic- came up with options, and suggestions. Got my (hard to get into the dressing rooms) hubby to try on several pairs and then magically came out from the back with the perfect pairShe also grabbed our leggings that were fixed . This was service that was on Par with Nordstrom when they cared- like back 10 years ago! Wow- we will be back- so helpful and informative and kindWish I knew her name to give her credit! But defiantly go shop at this store

We have been to several Lulus around the country and this was by far the worst Lulu experience I have had. The workers were not helpful at all and were too busy gossiping with each other to actually help the customers. Also at check out they were very unfriendly. I bought a few things and they shoved them into a smaller Lulu bag to save from giving me the larger size bag. It was frustrating and I will not be back to this location. Management needs to get things figured out here.

I know people say this all the time but "I don't usually write reviews" but I just had to take the time to acknowledge how friendly and helpful Lauren and Shelby at this location are! I'm not a size zero so I've always had a weird insecurity when it comes to shopping at lululemon, but Lauren took the time to help me find a pair of leggings that fit super well and made me feel confident. I know retail can be chaotic and customers can be a pill, especially during and right after the holidays, but everyone was just super nice.

I've always had a really good experience here. My husband and I just went tonight to exchange a pair of leggings for a different size. Two associates were very friendly and helpful: Lauren and Megan. They were eager to help us and were very personable. I don't know what the lady's issue is that just left a scathing review (and clearly she left another review pretending to be someone else... it's kinda obvious lol). She said they were racist. Well, my husband is black and couldn't have been treated better. They're clearly NOT racist. Some people will always find something to be unhappy about. I highly recommend this lululemon.

I came into store and was completely disrespected and downgraded race was definitely involved ! Less that a couple days I came to this location and purchased $1800 worth of items ! I usually come to this store often but this time I purchased the new grooves and was told they can hemmed ,for free . I contacted the 877 they told me to bring in pants to get one replaced (keep in mind I came in to get 7 hemmed) The girl that helped me inside the room didn't ask for my name or anything wasn't helpful at all and when I told her I was told to bring this pair of pants and by the customer service rep from Lululemon she said sorry that doesn't fall under the replacement when I was told directly by Lululemon to go in and get it replaced. I didn't wanna argue with her. She was rude from the beginning and clearly racist. I was the only person in there that had black hair and dark skin surrounded by a bunch of blondes, so definitely a race was involved I was downgraded and let me just say defamation of character was involved. So this gal decided to run her mouth while I was still in the fitting room saying "she caused damage to the pants because when I gave it to her, it wasn't they're when I handed it back"completely unacceptable unbelievable and unprofessional she doesn't deserve to work at Lululemon or yet anywhere with that kind of personality. Keep your comments to yourself and use your mind. I walked in with $800 worth of leggings to get hemmed and you really think I am concerned about $118 leggings but yet to cause damage to them to get a pair replaced that falls under your warranty. Are you kidding me? I really hope the store takes this as a lesson because the way she made me feel was very out of place and for 28 years I've never felt so low and downgraded and as a professional healthcare worker, I highly recommend you guys get rid of her because I will make it very bold moving forward that this Location doesn't care about their consumers and they are 100% OK with their employees being racist. It's unfortunate because my husband and I enjoy this location much and there are a lot of good staff here but that one bad seed make the whole heard bad! I already filed a formal complaint with Lululemon directly, and I really hope this is a learning lesson for this location. Now I know why this location only has two stars, but it took me several times to me coming here to have a bad experience very unfortunate because I live and breathe lulu from backpacks, water, bottles, hair ties, clothing everything never again we'll I come to the store or yet support. Lululemon. Customer service will follow up with me and I hope this employee is no longer at the location ! Or any other send her to Nike with a attitude like that!!
