Always have great deals. Perfect for shopping for babies and toddlers since they're always outgrowing their clothes. Lots of variety of stuff from clothes to shoes, toys and home goods. Everything was very well organized and stocked up. Always like going to see what I can find.

Friendly enough with a decent selection at reasonable prices, but the whole shopping center complex is showing its age. The road around the back is seriously degraded and there is generally a shabby feel to the whole experience.

Unfortunately Macy's is messy. It hasn't been kept up for several years. There doesn't seem to be any sales people on the floor taking care of keeping the merchandise neat. Also, there is not as much merchandise as there used to be. It's sad to see the stores go downhill.

Perfume ladies are not very friendly. They chose to talk or just avoid helping customers, and I found a fragrance and make-up item at Penny's Sephora.
I understand though its hard these days to find good workers. They just all seem a bit lazy.
