Whoever answers the phone is unprofessional! She sounded like she was in a rush and wanting to hang up. When she asked if I wanted to book far out I said no thank you and she IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP without saying good bye or sorry or anything, literally just had me talking on my own on the phone. RUDE

I called on Thursday morning- was put on hold for seven minutes, they hung up on me, I called back and the gal says they’re booked until APRIL. Just so people save time, don’t call between now and April. Because, “they’re booked”

Today was our first day at Muddy Paws. I called and they were able to fit me in for a nail trim pretty last minute, although they said they did require an appointment ahead of time (so I guess no drop ins). I called to let them know my dog has anxiety and asked if two people could work on him (one reassuring him while the other cut the nails) and was told they could do whatever my dog needed. They also said I could bring in my dogs favorite treat to try and use for distraction. When we arrived I explained the situation to the women in the salon (I spoke to a man on the phone)--that this was my dogs first nail trim and that he is timid and has some anxiety, and also that I am a little bit of a Helicoptor mom! He is a rescue pup and I worry about him. They were very understanding! Monique loved on and distracted my dog while Brianna, the owner, performed the nail trim. Monique was super sweet to my dog! Very focused on him. Brianna got right to it and most importantly cut his nails with no injuries, but she was also very fast. They cut the nails and then dremmeled them so they don't splinter. The cost was $23 which was WELL worth it! SO much better than me stressing out trying to do it myself and probably hurting my dog bc I don't know what I'm doing. The whole process was great! Great trim with no injuries, fast, reasonable price. I have the ladies a nice tip bc they deserve it!! Thank you for taking your time with my pup. We will be back

They did a great job with my giant breed, long-haired dog. Some groomers don't take on large dogs (size-ist!), but this crew didn't blink an eye. My dog takes some time because there's a LOT of fur, but she's very mellow and doesn't require fancy haircuts. Cheers to them for taking the time to thin that undercoat and making her so fluffy and beautiful, even on a busy day. She looked and smelled great!

I finally found a groomer that was willing to accommodate our little old lady Maltese with health issues. All I needed was help cleaning her eyes, (this visit). Even my vet turned her away saying they couldn't get her to cooperate. Muddy Paws worked as a team and had us out the door in just a couple of minutes. We'll be back next week for a little trim. I am so relieved to find someone willing to help me help our pup!

There are 2 types of groomers in this world... Ones you go to once, and ones you go to again and again.. Muddy paws is the groomers you go to again and again. I love it here. The staff is so friendly, easy going, personable and kind. My dog is never stressed at Muddy Paws. They pay attention to detail since she has special needs. Kaluah is a Chow Chow/ Kelpie mix, and to manage her coat is a task and a half.. She gets a blueberry facial and a trim and all the love. They do a superb job. Hers the other thing I like about MP. The customer service. They help work around your schedule. They are accurate in their time frames and text you when your fur baby is done. They are prompt and make you feel welcome! Book with them. They are busy for a reason.
