I hired Must Have Movers because they responded to me immediately when I requested a quote, and they were very affordable... However, on the day of my move, they showed up late, left several of my belongings in the apartment I was moving out of, asked me to move my TV myself, and dinged my furniture. The topper was when they tried to charge me for extra time, even though they were responsible for being behind schedule. I will not be using this company again in the future.

Professional team that handled all of our items with a lot of care. They were on time and were very efficient throughout the entire move. They helped us move from Banker's Hill to our new place in Little Italy. Would definitely use them again.

Easiest mover experience I’ve ever had- they were on time, communicative and stayed on top of time every step! Very mindful of large or fragile items and placed all boxes/ furniture in the correct room. Highly recommend!

My wife and I hired Must Have Movers for our last two moves in North County and each time the experience was perfect. The team was calm, helpful, hard working and went above and beyond. Sometimes curveballs come up when moving, like you can't fit something through a door for example. They were happy every time to partner on a solution and make sure the job got done. Highly recommended.

I hired this company to move my two bedroom apartment from San Marcos to my new home in Oceanside. This was on Friday 10/31/25 - The day prior to the move I just had brand new floors installed, which cost me thousands of dollars. Once the movers arrived at the new house in Oceanside they moved our items inside. One of our items is a large heavy couch. This couch needs to be picked up to move. The movers dragged and dropped the couch across our new floors which completely ruined them! And now half of the living room floors need to be replaced along with the baseboards, and the new tile for the fireplace! What a gut punch, and a total nightmare! Then at the end of the move I had to leave and they cornered my wife and wouldn’t leave the house demanding a tip.
My wife felt threatened and uncomfortable calling me for help telling me “they won’t leave” I got on the phone with them and they kept asking me tip? Tip?
I said ok not knowing about the damaged floor and gave them a tip so they would get out of my house. They didn’t even say “Thank You”
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! And they never contacted me to ask how the service went or if I was happy etc… I will be sending them the bill for the damages!

BEST MOVING COMPANY! I wish I could give them 10 stars! This group of men led by Chingiz are wonderful. They are quick, efficient, and careful. I had them move my husband and I's apartment, they did it in 2 hours.
This company provides very competitive rates and are very communicative. I used them because the previous movers that I had used in the past, went out of business. However I am glad that I found Must Have Movers. I will now be recommending Must Have Movers for any future move that I have and will be recommending them to anyone that I know, and my leasing office just incase future tenants ask if they know anyone.
This company not only is willing to breakdown and move furniture, they also put it all back together in next location. They completed what I needed of them in 2 hours what would have taken me at least a whole weekend.
Also, the communication with the scheduler was fantastic and they send reminders leading up to the move to confirm and to make sure their services are needed. This is a great company to work with.

Anton and Dmitri were consummate pros. Highly communicative, speedy, and took exceptional care of all of my belongings. Set up at the new place was also highly care driven and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys were absolutely amazing!!! All my belongings were well-wrapped and taken care of the entire time. They also asked me where I wanted things placed (both furniture and boxes) upon move-in, which was a quality of service I have not received in the past. Highly recommend!!
