I have been a Nekter customer for quite some time. I typically order their bowls because they are tasty, convenient and are a healthier option.Unfortunately, I believe the quality control of the bowls has gone down. I finally have had enough of receiving a bowl that is 2/3 filled. The added insult to injury is they have raised their prices from $9.99 a bowl to $10.99. Paying more for less product isn't typically something I care to support.

Took almost hour to get my smoothie then it was incomplete not mixed well with chunks of ice and fruit. This location can't handle a huge rush

they took soo long make the smoothoes and wasnt even busy i had to wait 45 mins. they should work more on that.

I love this location, i tend to come here and work! I love the music and most especially i love Wendys excellent customer service! she is my favorite employee at this location, she always makes me feel welcomed and doesn't pressure me to leave since i hang out here to have my juice and smoothie! Her heart is so warm to others and i hear how much love she puts into speaking with customers and her coworkers. I always look forward to seeing her and her beautiful smile! Thanks, Wendy for making my nekter experience always a good one! My fave location so far!

I love this location, i tend to come here and work! I wasn't able to pick up my order yesterday due to time constraints and the location being incredibly busy at my quoted pickup time. I returned today and was warmly greeted and offered to remake my order that I never received. The bowl was made promptly and with care. Thank you so much for making up for yesterday! Would recommend & return. Great customer service ?

I love this location! They always have my order ready on time when I arrive to pick it up, and they greet me by name (it helps that I go a lot for work). Everything always tastes great.

I love Nekter; however, this is privately owned or corporate or something. All I know is they don't take Apple Pay in store which is super weird. They also will not take over the phone orders which is super weird. It gets worse, you can't pay with Apple Pay on the app. I'm like "who doesn't take Apple Pay"? Gas stations take Apple Pay. The smoothie itself was made super well and tasted delicious. I just can't get past the other stuff. To not have Apple Pay in 2023 is inexcusable.

I had the worst experience here. I ordered using the App ahead of time because I was short on time. I got there and checked in. It wasn't ready which was fine at first but when I watched people walk in and order and get their order. I asked why my order wasn't ready after it had been over 20 mins. I later realized it was 30 minutes to get two smoothies. They hadn't even started my order when I followed up. Instead of being nice they said we are only a few minutes past when it was due on the app??? There was nobody else in there. Plus, I saw on the App that a tip was included without me putting one in! They were tipped for the worst service. I tried customer service and they gave me points instead of my money back. No thank you I will never go here again.

I ordered on the app, 4 bowls and 3 smoothies and everything was ready and correct when I arrived. Cashier told me about a bundle deal that would have saved a little money, but I didn't notice that on the app. Oh well, next time. I will be back!

Ordered the açaí mango bowl with granola on the side. $10, which is the expected. It wasn't too sweet which I liked & the fresh fruit was refreshing. Staff was nice and inside was clean.
