Great place for food and just relaxing. Their soups are so yummy. Self-service kiosks make it easy to order. Clean place and restrooms on site. Outside seating available.

I arrived at 8:50pm and they were closed. The doors were closed. The hours of operation online said until 9pm. The owners can’t be happy to know how this place is being run.

Same old same old story with this place! They no longer take orders over the phone. You have to download the app and or place order online. The "Do not sell my information," online would not allow me to place an order without agreeing to the sale of my information.Forced to download the app, take time to place a $50 online order for my daughter and myself. It wouldn't be a problem IF they actually took the time to READ the order!NO ONIONS NO HORSERADISH ON THE SANDWICH, means exactly that.Asking for 3 things to your order and these days all you can do is hope they get done. Nevertheless they have NO problem asking for 10%, 15%, 20% for doing nothing but YOUR job. I don't mind paying for a tip on take out food. The problem with this generation is they just don't do the job they're hired to do. It's a common theme across the board with ALMOST every restaurant my family and I happen to frequent, save a few. This place gets the order wrong over 70% of the time.I cannot eat onions so $20 into the trash.I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again if they don't make this expensive, horrible experience right.I'm just going to order my food from Urban Plates when my girls feel like Panera. It's a horrible feeling when you already don't feel well and you pay $50 for dinner, tip and they do nothing right.I am always extremely honest with my reviews because I'm a 3rd generation, 52 yr old San Diegan. I care about my city and I wholeheartedly support businesses who care about their customers.I don't feel taken care of, ever at this restaurant, regardless of the location. What a disaster of a dinner, thanks Panera!

Great but a bit pricey but is worth it. Give it a try and let me know how yummy their food was. It's a nice place to hang out and studyVegetarian options: The Mediterranean sandwich is very delicious with a variety types of veggies in it plus you can do the value duet for a cheaper but fulfilling meal.

I stopped in Panera for a quick latte and pastry in the morning. It was a bit quiet, thus, the line was very short (until I left, and then the people started packing it in).Zach took my order and was top-notch! He had great customer service skills. Greeted me with a smile, asked me how my morning was going, and was engaging.I received my order quickly. Latte was delivered hot, and had a great balance of espresso and milk. The espresso didn't taste burnt and over processed like the Corporate mermaid company's coffee does. It was smooth and well balanced. My pastry was light, buttery, and flaky. A great way to start my morning. If I had any complaint, it would be that prices are a little inflated for the portion size offered. $7 for a kitchen sink cookie is definitely out of range. If it was a huge cookie, then I would consider it. This size was maybe 4 inches wide, which just doesn't make sense to buy for that price.

This is why I don't eat at Panera. I always left hungry. Soup bowl was also in super angled bowl that hardly was full.

Found a new favorite sandwich. The chicken chipotle egg avocado. And they customized it for me. Love Panera.
