Paul is a class act! The first time I used him — it was an emergency situation with someone coming home from the hospital. Paul and his crew squeezed us in and accomplished an almost impossible job with kindness and excellence! I have used him several times and highly recommend!!!!!

I had Paul's Deliveries delivery for the second time within a month. Once again he was in contact with the delivery time. He was on time and his prices are reasonable. He picked up my second load at Classic Consignments, called while he was there to verify that I had picked up all the lamps and a kidney shaped stool. They wrapped our furniture and treated it as if it were gold (which it was to me). Put everything in place and moved a couple of pieces for me when I changed my mind about their location. I can't thank Paul and his crew enough for the great job they did. It made for one very enjoyable experience.

Paul and Andrew were available when I needed them and were on time, efficient, careful and extremely courteous. They were able to move all of my items from a 10x10 storage space to my home in a short amount of time, as estimated, in their clean, 26' truck. I will hire them again and refer them confidently to my clients and friends.

I will never use Paul's Delivery again. This is one of the rare circumstances where if I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Specifically, I have a huge issue with the way Paul Quarcini conducted himself. Namely, he did several things that demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a disregard for good business practices. Firstly, he showed up late for the scheduled delivery and behaved as though he didn't even need the business. This in an of itself is shocking. More seriously, he waited until he came to my home before he increased the price he had quoted me on the phone. Despite us giving him all the information regarding what furniture to move ahead of time, his behavior felt really slimy and disingenuous. It really felt like a bait and switch. However, as we had planned for him to do the work that day, we felt that we were stuck using him once he arrived, as finding someone else on short notice would have been particularly troublesome. As such, we tried to have him explain why the price was so different and to reach an agreement beneficial to both of us. However, despite our desire to salvage the situation, his rude and aggressive behavior eventually convinced us to change our tune. In response to our questions, his raised voice, aggression, and overall hostility absolutely terrified us. I've never seen someone so angry when trying to do business. It felt as though we were about to be the victims of an outburst of violence. We were about 5 seconds away from calling the police to have him escorted out, when he finally agreed to leave our home, much to our relief. This was an experience we don't wish for anyone else to have. He made life not just stressful but dangerous for us all and lost our business when he could have just used good customer service skills to get the job done and earn his money. At the very least, he could have calmly explained what the issues were, rather than using physical intimidation and yelling. As someone familiar with service industries, even if you know you aren't going to get someone's business (in fact, especially so in this case), you shouldn't try to intimidate or burn bridges. In my opinion, this was a textbook nightmare scenario where the situation felt extremely dangerous, and ought to be communicated to others, so as to avoid further endangerment. I do not recommend allowing him to enter your home.

DON'T EVER USE Paul's Delivery Services. This is the first NEGATIVE REVIEW we have done but we feel it is deserved and that we should warn future potential clients about this volatile and DANGEROUSLY EXPLOSIVE person. I called PAUL QUARCINI up and left several messages before getting a call back. He showed up to my house and REFUSED to take my furniture to Consignment Classics (CC), even though CC had approved the delivery. I was left abandoned and had to find a mover at the last moment when I had to clear out my house for the new owners. Unfortunately, he gets a lot of clients from CC referrals. He is a very ANGRY person and seems like he could EXPLODE and get VIOLENT if things don't go his way. We were lucky to get rid of him and NEVER have to deal with him ever again.

Paul was very responsive -- promptly answered all my texts. He and his partner showed up on time and got the job done quickly, wrapped my furniture well, and all for a decent price. I definitely recommend him and his business!
