Peace Love And Yoga is a welcoming studio that offers a variety of classes, including hot yoga, yin, and aerial. The heat is perfect, with radiant heat used in the hot yoga classes. Teachers are amazing, friendly, supportive, and helpful. The studio has a great schedule, with early morning and late evening classes available.
We used Peace Love and Yoga for a group restorative yoga class to celebrate Mother’s Day and had an amazing experience! Will definitely be coming back for more classes

I love this yoga studio! I recently moved into town and left a yoga studio behind… This is a perfect replacement. The instructors and staff are so friendly. There’s a huge variety of classes and times available.

Best hot yoga experience in North County San Diego. Every class is unique! The teachers are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The space was recently renovated and it’s even more beautiful than before. It’s a place to learn, grow and find peace
