This is the only Postal Annex that charged me an extra $0.22 per stamp. When I asked if the Forever stamps were $1.00 each, the clerk told me yes. In reality, the current rate is $0.78. She could have been honest, and I would have made my decision based on that information. This is not a good way to run a business—it feels dishonest and misleading

New ownership = bad customer service. We've been customers for what seems like 20 years. Previous owners were amazing and friendly. The new owners always make me feel like I'm bothering them when I come in. I'm avoiding this place from now on.

I have been a customer of this PostalAnnex for 13 years and received nothing but the best service. Since the new management took over several months ago its has been a nightmare. Wrong mail in my box, my mail missing, not always open when scheduled and there is no voicemail set up for their business number. Today I went in to pick up a very important envelope that a client had dropped of with the owner and they couldn't find it. TERRIBLE. They have no idea what they are doing and when my box rental is up, I am done.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. I was a customer with this location for years with the previous owner and absolutely loved it here. They treated their customers with such kindness and respect. When it was sold to the new owner, they were the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their first interaction with us was to send a letter not welcoming us, but instead demanded numerous actions. From the first time I went in to see them, they were completely disorganized. They sent me home with forms to complete because they didn't know how to complete them. They were rude and disrespectful every single time so much so that even though I had 6 more months prepaid with the previous owner, I refused to step foot inside. I waited until my mailbox was due to renew and then went in to close it. Again, shocking, they had no idea what form to give me and had to call the owner. Then I was told that there was nothing for me to sign and it was closed. Given their demands for us to sign documents once they purchased the store, to think that no form would be given to sign confirming the closure of my box and giving me legal written confirmation of such was consistent with the previous experience and treatment. I refused to leave without something to evidence my box was closed, and the male clerk rudely told me to just wait as he looked on the computer for something to give me. Don't give yourself undue stress in life and open a mailbox here. Go to the UPS store on Palomar Airport Road. Many of their customers have left and moved there, too.

The Postal Annex crew here in Bressi Ranch makes my shipping and receiving stress free. I love coming into a store where everyone working learns your name and you feel like you are dealing with long time friends and family when you get to know them. Hermie runs the show and she is very knowledgeable in the business. It is nice to have some time before appointments to stop and chat. This is a family owned business and for those of us that are local to Carlsbad, I highly recommend utilizing their services! Thanks for letting me know I received a package Postal Annex crew!

I had to return a package by fed ex. I printed the return label but it wasn’t very clear from my printer so the woman could not scan it. She said no problem and had me email her the shipping label which she then printed and taped on the box for me. Nowadays I would not be surprised if I was asked to take the package back home and reprint the label myself, or if they did print out a label to make a huge deal about it being a pain in the rear. So I was very pleased with the customer service and how she was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank goodness she had a no big deal and it happens some times attitude.

Amazing customer service every time! The team here is great, everyone is so nice. I always feel like going to the post office is a daunting task but Postal Annex always make it so easy and fast. This location is the best, definitely my go to!

This establishment is most professional in most fields of the shipping business. They are reliable, dependable, and speedy when it comes to your shipping needs. I shipped a package through this establishment and it was a quick and speedy transaction! My package was picked up and delivered by USPS with priority mail service, no hassle! All I had to do is walk in, ask if I can ship something, and they are ready to jot my details down and get my package ready for shipment, so easy! I'm so happy I found this place!
