If you’re looking for athleisure wear or sweat pants or jogger pants in a variety of colors that are still classy then come here and make note that the cotton content is at least 60%. The sale prices are reasonable and customer service is consistent and nice for the times I’ve been there.

They choose for many decades to my is the store for any show. Needs for any occasion, especially sports Athletics, trekking trails and walking very reasonably priced and always of great quality. I've been patronising this brand for many years. Did pick up one of the walking shoes

Ryan is awesome that he knows ASL so it is easier for us to communicate in sign. He is helpful and two people (sorry didn't catch their name) are friendly and attentive at distance if we need help! We will be back here.

I was there yesterday to pick a pair of sneakers for my teenage son. He has sensory issues and wear PUMAS exclusively. The prices are so great, I left with two pair for the price of one, basically. The customer service is always stellar. You always feel welcome, and the staff is genuinely interested you have a positive shopping experience. Elizabeth was my cashier, and was lovely. Another employee helped my get a size I need and was a pleasure to chat with. This location feels like a throw back to when customer service was a priority.

I am appalled to share my recent experience at the Puma Store in Carlsbad, where my 9-year-old son was yelled at by the store manager (Probably her name is Elizabeth) for simply taking out a hanger. Her behavior was unprofessional, intimidating, and left a lasting negative impact on my child.My son, excited to try on a new pair of shoes, innocently took a hanger and started playing. Within seconds, the store manager stormed over, yelling at him for touching the merchandise. The manager's loud and aggressive tone left my son in tears, traumatized and me shocked and embarrassed.I intervened, trying to calmly explain that my son didn't mean any harm, and asked the manager to be nice towards the child and not to disrespect customers like this but the manager continued to berate him, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. She also claimed that the hanger is $5 of value and your son has stolen this.This is beyond any imagination and limits of tolerance. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, rude and unprofessional especially towards a child who was simply excited about shopping.The store's poor customer service and lack of understanding have left a sour taste in our mouths. As a parent, I expect businesses to treat my children with kindness, patience, and understanding. The Puma Store in Carlsbad failed to meet these basic expectations.I strongly recommend that she should not only ubdergo customer service training to learn how to handle situations like this with empathy and professionalism but also be fired from her undeserving position. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

Some of the best prices and the coolest shoes at the entire Carlsbad outlet! Best price on great socks for sure! New styles come in, but older styles sell out. Go to the back of the store for extra discounted shoes along with Puma/BMW Motors branded apparel and shoes. People are very helpful and friendly. I had to exchange some white socks with black ones and it was no problem.

I came here to exchange some shoes my sister got for my mom because they didn't fit. I tried finding some shoes that would fit and found some in men's about the same size in wide .The red haired lady named Elizabeth working there was rude, laughing and complaining with her coworker about doing an exchange and how they aren't the same size (they had no other shoes that would fit in womens size so picked ones similar in mens size)yet I had the receipt with me. She was rude the first time we bought the shoes. I wasted an hour going there and back of my time and gas, didnt end up getting the other shoes and now I still need to go with my sister to return the shoes AGAIN...I will never buy shoes here and don't recommend coming here for shoes. It was a terrible and embarrassing shopping experience for not only me, but my family.

Red head Elizabeth was very rude to me. Worst costumer service seen in my life wouldn’t look at me in the eye or smile didn’t hand me my bag of shoes did not even say have a nice day. Gave bad looks to everyone, she needs to be fired I am taking it up to corporate. Will be back to return shoes. Hope to not see her
