I had an excellent experience working with Jared Pursley from Pursley Law Firm, APC. He took over my car accident case in early 2023 and was extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire process. Jared walked me through every step, ensuring I fully understood what to expect.
Toward the end of 2024, we resolved the case through mediation with a judge. I want to start off by saying I was nervous to find legal representation given the fact that I have never been in any type of situation that would require legal counsel. I had no idea what the protocols or procedures were when it comes to the legal system, to be quite frank I was very nervous and intimidated. Jared Pursley and his staff made the process so much easier than I had anticipated. He reassured me an educated me when I was unsure of certain steps in my case. He made a very tough time in my life much easier and made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. I can’t thank him enough! The professionalism that Jared Pursley law firm upheld throughout the entire process was so comforting. I had nothing but an amazing experience using them as my representation. I had an incredible experience with Jared Pursley, I had an ongoing case with a different firm for almost three years seeming that it was going nowhere then Jared swooped in on the case and handled it fast and efficiently and always kept me in the loop with the case. I worked with Jared Pursley of Pursley Law Firm for a car accident that was not my fault. I was overwhelmed by the combination of my injuries and working with the insurance company. I was being dismissed and taken advantage of by the insurance negotiators. I knew I needed an attorney to fight for me but, securing an attorney, that you trust, is in itself daunting. Jared immediately made me feel safe and comforted in the knowledge that he would take care of everything. He is whip smart, highly competent, trustworthy, kind, communicative, and accessible. He stayed true to his promise of taking care of everything and provided me a negotiated sum from the insurance company that was beyond fair. I feel confident in this time, to have an attorney reference to share with friends, family or in the event something arises in the future in my own life.

I had an ongoing case that dragged on for over 5 years with no results. My original lawyer left me feeling anxious, confused and like my case was going nowhere, then he dropped my case. Jared stepped in and took the case over and from the get-go he was very professional, cordial, quick to respond, attentive and made me feel like he always had my best interest in mind. Not long after the case settled resulting in a fair settlement. I never felt uncomfortable contacting him like I had with my previous attorney and Jared was always available to answer any question I had with knowledgeable answers. He kept me updated and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made what previously felt like a hopeless situation easy and pleasant.
