This used to be my favorite store, but after the incident I experienced with my children and myself, I will never be going back! Kids are going to be kids and my five-year-old apparently just touched/ruffled around some clothes. The owner kicked us out after and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t shop there with my kids. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. If she doesn’t want children in her store, maybe she should put a sign out that doesn’t welcome children with their mothers. On top of this, my son has a delay so he doesn’t comprehend things as other people would. The owner is rude and unprofessional, and should really be educated in the customer service aspect because clearly she doesn’t know how to treat her customers. I’ve been in the customer service field for the past 16 years of my life and I have never treated customers the way that this owner or manager made me feel truly disgusting behavior. Mothers if you have your children with you at the store, please be careful because this lady will come for you.

Tried to call the number on file to ask a question — phone number doesn’t work. I show up (i have a store credit that they give you on a tiny receipt…of course I lost it) and they say you can’t use a store credit without the receipt. It’s obvious they count on you losing it and frankly I think that’s a pretty shtty way to run a business. To not have something like that in the computer in 2023 is pretty ridiculous.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my friend were out trying to have some fun shopping done as part of my birthday. We were searching through several racks due to their large amount of clearance and kept being followed by a younger employee the entire 25 minutes. I mean, I slowed down to make sure she actually was following me and she ended up following me, "fixing" every rack right after I had stepped away from them. By fixing I mean she just moved the clothes back over by 2 inches. When we were ready to try things on, the fitting rooms were closed. We asked the store manager and she simply said "they're closed". We asked if there was a reason why and all she said was we can either look in a mirror or come back tomorrow. So we started going through our items and a couple was walking up to the rooms and we let them know they weren't open. The same associate that had been following us came up to them and said "OH no no its just we closed them for the night." Which if that was the case, they should have simply said so instead of stalking us. Btw it was 2 hours before closing, idk anywhere that closes fitting rooms hours before closing. She then proceeded to talk about how rude we were to the other customer very loudly, even though we simply let her know what we had been told. In my 20 years of customer service, both in managment and beyond, I've never experienced such horrible service. All we did was search for clothes, not making a mess, not being roudy, not being rude... Reading other reviews has made me realize this establishment should not be getting anyone's money. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You WILL be treated better and have better clothes. Don't let corps like this keep being in the industry when it's clearly not deserved.

Very bad service from the owner. I am a regular customer here. Today I went it I found some pants I liked, I realized there was none my size so I asked her if I could get the ones off the manikin. She huffed and me and told me “no.”while rolling her eyes she proceeded to say “come back another day if I really want them.” I just walked out because I couldn’t believe how she was treating me.

This shop is wild!!!! Worst service. Asked if fitting rooms were open. She said no they were closed. Soooo I bought something came back to do an exchange and then they said fitting rooms were opening at 2 and I could wait. I said why they didn't say that before AND CHICK GOES "WELL YOU DIDNT ASK" like what!!! I also did ask another worker and just said "so!". Offer that!!!! That's so rude and SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I know this shop is cheap as heck but seriously, the customer service was awful!!!!

Zero stars because the heavy Asian lady is soooo beyond rude with the worst attitude and unprofessional responses . All I asked was if the fitting rooms were open (which they were just a week ago) and she gave me the snottiest response with attitude with her reply saying no, not even a "I'm sorry they're not open today" - which could've been way more nicer. I had so many items to try on so I just left them and walked out. She's unwelcoming and likes to hide in the back. I would never give her any business.

My first experience here was decent -- However, I recently came back a second time to exchange two items. Their fitting rooms have been closed since covid, so the only options are exchanges and returns in exchange for store credit. No cash back. Upon my second visit, I was met with unprofessional and poor customer service. The heavy asian lady continuously rolled her eyes during our conversation. I shook it off and ended up browsing the store, then asked if I was able to do the exchange on another day and just keep the receipt. She ignores my question and waddles over to the register only to hand me my entire bag back. I ask her for her name so I can refer to her the next time I come back to make an exchange. She takes a long pause, squints at me rudely and replies "I don't have to tell you my name, ok?"I was surprised by her attitude and absence of professionalism in our interaction. Her hostile response was amusingly confusing and highlighted her lack of tact and emotional self control. Because of that, I immediately knew she wasn't worth arguing with. But, one thing's for sure: she's completely aware of her attitude and frankly, doesn't care. This kind of "leadership" in a retail establishment are almost always destined to crash and burn. With the rest of the similar reviews online, I wouldn't be surprised if their performance declines. Between slogan tank tops and flimsy see-through material, their budget luxury collection might barely be their only saving grace.At this point, I'm more than thrilled to spend the extra money for clothes elsewhere.

The staffs of this store in Promenade Temecula are so rude. Never going back there anymore. Especially the lady assigned in fitting room she looks so mad and unfriendly.

Wow this place has gone downhill. Store was a mess. Fitting rooms were closed so I wasn’t able to try anything on, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of shopping for new clothes. I asked if I could purchase the clothes and then use the restroom to go try them on and bring them back if they didn’t fit. Store associates were perfectly nice but said they couldn’t help me. They got their store manager so that I could ask her. Store manager was short with me and snapped “we don’t do refunds. Only store credit and you have to return it within 14 days.” I get that it’s important to uphold store policy but not when half your store is in shambles without a working fitting room.If you’re not willing to work with a customer who has an armful of clothes then I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. That’s the last time I’m ever stepping foot in this store. Avoid this place like the plague future shoppers.

i really wish i could give this place 0 stars. HORRIBLE establishment and even worse manager. asked for the managers name but wasn’t told it. i know they might not be obligated to do so i didn’t beg. the manager asked me to “control my child” who is 2 years old, wasn’t doing a thing aside from wandering around near me, his mom AND my friend. completely supervised. she then proceeded to follow us around the entire store. we even did a giant circle to see if she was truly following us and sure enough she was. we had so many items that an argument didn’t seem worth it, we were going to purchase our stuff, leave and never come back. my sister was looking on the last rack before we’d head out and the manager came to that exact rack, moved the clothes and closed the gap of clothes where my sister was looking. that was our last straw so we left. i told the manager that we put our kid in the stroller and she had no right to follow us around the store. she then proceeded to tell me “this is my job”. horrible place!!!! will NEVER go back.

Not sure why the fitting rooms are still closed. Some clothes are cute, but no refunds only store credit within 14 days.

Super cheap quality of clothes. Some of these things were $1.99 but they are super see through or have broken zippers or stains.

This afternoon my two daughters and I were browsing the store. The overhead music kept dropping F bombs and I asked the store attendant to turn off the music. She refused. I told her not everyone wants to here music filled with F bombs and to please turn it off. She again refused. My daughters and I left the store immediately and will never shop there again.
