I have been using this pharmacy for monthly mail orders since 2018. The quality of service and knowledge of the phone staff has declined drastically since the pandemic.
Yesterday I spent a couple of hours on the phone with at least seven people and was given conflicting info. They could get something simple that could be done in five minutes Some are so shockingly inept and dumb.
One Midwestern office woman who transferred me to CA office was extremely rude and talking down to me by covering up their incapacity to provide services by blaming it on the wildfires where this office is nowhere near. “Read the News!” She yelled before abruptly transferred me without any notice.
Their supervisors were not available after multiple attempts to reach them. I am looking for another pharmacy.
I had enough!

Reliant Pharmacy, Carlsbad, CA & Lincare Tulsa, OK & Florida both stink to high heaven!!! In a huge battle with both of them now...well, every month for over a year and a half really!!!I've had to resort to calling Medicare, my Doctor and an attorney...yes...it's that serious of a situation!!!I'd NEVER use either of these scammers EVER!!!! If you ever hear either name run...run away quickly!!!

I cannot believe the incompetence of Lincare and Reliant Pharmacy. They cannot get my address correct. After repeated calls yesterday from and to Linecare and assurances things are accurate, I get another call this morning quoting the wrong address AGAIN!!! Time to take my address and my business elsewhere. These people are beyond STUPID. Want better service? I'd advise you to find another vender soon.
