Beautiful city and this hotel was absolutely on point. The rooms are cozy, and have the amenities you need. Full refrigerator and freezer with stove top and dish washer. The continental breakfast is everyday, which is beyond convenient for the business person on a tight schedule. Plus you're off the strip on downtown so there is no pile up or traffic. I highly recommend. I have a few cons but they aren't even worth posting compared to the pros!

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. Customer service is exceptional and everyone was accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our early arrival check-in was granted which is a super plus because we got there early in the morning. The hotel has a pool, hotub, and fire pit. The breakfast was good for a continental. There is plenty to eat in walking distance and a shuttle to go shopping or to the beach. If we're ever in Carlsbad again we'll definitely stay here!!

This hotel had everything we needed for a
Quick Escape from the heat of Arizona. Great location, comfortable room, and dog friendly as well. I would stay here again, no doubt about it.

Wonderful area all-in-all. Relatively close by to great restaurants & breweries. Really like the pool & the courtyard area's design in general. Staff was wonderful/friendly the entire visit. The breakfast food both quality wise & variety of selection wise was very good for being complimentary. Very nice having legit protein options to eat for those that are low-carb, keto etc. Plenty of space to chose to enjoy breakfast between inside tables & outside around the courtyard options. We ate breakfast outside every day. 100% would consider staying here again. Would love to be here sometime when it's not during summer vacation for the kids.
Other impressions / observations/thoughts: The breakfast area where the food & drink was physically placed was chaos each morning. Partly b/c it's wedged into a smaller area, partly b/c things were set out on the line in illogical order, partly b/c the place was mobbed w/families with small kids. Also, can be kind of tight getting into the parking lot off the sometime busy street adjacent to the property...use caution.

Love the room. Love the location. Love the Free breakfast. Love the pool and hot tub. Love the small gym. Love the service with maintenance support. Love the nearby 7 eleven and Tesla Charging Station and nearby Costco. Not far from Legoland.
Rooms: Room has small kitchen, pullout queen size couch bed, computer desk, king size bed, 40inch TV and beautiful shower with bathroom.
Nearby activities: Legoland & Beaches
Food and drinks: 7 eleven, restaurants and Costco

Wonderful stay for our little family. We would love to come back! We stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about this place. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space. Comfy bed, soft pillows. Lots of storage. Large desk area. Full fridge and freezer with ice maker. Shower was great. Large and great pressure and temps.
The location is very quiet and safe. In a business park a very short drive from everything. Good location for Legoland or the beach. About 30 minutes from San Diego.
The pool was fabulous. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas, grills, TV, fireplaces, tables, etc.
The breakfast was wonderful. Variety changes daily but always includes cooked eggs, boiled eggs, meat options, potatoes, toppings, oatmeal and yogurts with fixings, waffles, breads and muffins, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, and beverages. I loved the cold brew coffee and oatmilk.
Overall, loved our stay!
Rooms: Our king suite was great. Lots of space. Modern and clean.
Safety: Feels very safe since it is out in the middle of a quiet business park area. Very quiet
Walkability: Looks like there are some restaurants across the street. We just drove everywhere. Lots within 5-10 minutes

Clean and modern room. Very friendly staff. We were traveling with a pet and we were given top notch treatment. Someone else mentioned water pressure and it has been YEARS since I stayed at a hotel with great water pressure. It’s awesome. Great breakfast. Location is wonderful. We will be back.

Quiet and pleasant hotel. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen and many amenities. A swimming pool and a gym are available to residents.
Some come there as a family with young children.

my stay here was comfortable and quick. the front desk staff is great, rooms are clean, and environment is welcoming. however, upon getting ready for check out a housekeeper entered my room while my boyfriend was unclothed. the housekeeper didn’t knock prior to entering, didn’t apologize, nothing. instead, she quickly scurried to the other end of the hall. i understand this situation cannot be undone, but i was offered 7000 bonvoy points or an extend to our stay by the manager. he and i will forever be disturbed by this event. other than this, the hotel stay was truly awesome.

Will be back for business visits. Clean and relevant. Decent gym and the complimentary breakfast was good. Staff friendly and responsive. As I mentioned in the roo.s wish the lighting was better. Be ready to travel to places to eat, etc. This hotel is located in a business park very low key and quiet. So the trade off is good is you have a car or plan to rideshare anyway.
Rooms: I really liked the layout of the room. It not only had a bedroom space but liked the office space to get work done. The lighting was not great. A very dark yellow light and not enough of it. Would have like more led bright white and more natural in the bedroom. Just defeated the awesome floor plan of bright and airy.

The hotel is a little bit hidden from the main passfare, but it's not too far out. Good parking availability with no issues to note.

very nice stay at a very quiet and useful location. this property is tucked away in a predominantly Business Park setting but made for a very useful home base for our exploration of the Oceanside, Carlsbad and San Diego area. very much enjoyed the comfortable and quiet rooms offering good sleep.
