I like this shop. I was helped by Emma and she steered me to suggested items and secured any help that was needed. I appreciate their wide variety of products and their rewards program. The only thing is I wish the checkout person would mention the points I have so I can consider trading them in at checkout. I often miss the opportunity. Otherwise, great store and great, helpful people that work there.

I am a super picky person with my mascara I been having a hard time finding one that I really like. I had help from a guy I don't remember his name but he had long hair and he helped me pick out a mascara that I actually really like! I been getting compliments on it and I'm in love with it. I never felt this confident with a product. All the mascaras I try before I had to take 1 hour to make it look good on my eyes. With this one I was recommended it took me 20 minutes! Which is very good! I feel stress free! Thank you so much for the help!

This was my first visit to this location and I had a great time! I visited on June 16th and was so glad to see the aisles were more than wide enough for my wheelchair. Sarah Beth helped me pick out a concealer that was my best shade match to date and was extremely kind and knowledgeable! I would definitely visit again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Sephora always has the best brands. The people working are very helpful. I need lash serum and the one they recommended was the best. They have a huge selection of hair items & perfumes.

This is my first maybe review. Sephora has a lot of great stuff and majority of the time are stocked with everything. The line is what kills everything. I went on a Sunday afternoon and the line was from the register to almost the mall entrance (that's ridiculous). It wasn't even Black Friday. I was having trouble with my new Sephora credit card, so I went in. While on the phone with customer service and standing in line from the beginning to the end of the store the man tells me you'll have to wait until tomorrow to make your purchase. I was like I've been in line 10 minutes already, you've got to be kidding me. Manager Bree asked if I needed any assistance and I told her the deal and asked was there anyway she could check my card. She immediately pulled out her little machine rang everything up and the card showed I had to wait until tomorrow. I was bummed but glad she was able to help me figure it all out and not have to stand in line that look like it was going to be another 15 minutes. Bree was amazing and I thank her for her wonderful customer service. Thank you Bree, you get 5 stars. The store and the line and customer service get a 3.

Aisles can barely fit one person but this is a busy location so I'm constantly fighting for personal space when browsing. Majority of the displays are barren of product despite saying they're in stock online. 50/50 chance on if you're going to find an employee willing to help or if they couldn't care less about you.

I absolutely love this Sephora. The manager is an absolute doll. She allowed me to return a Moroccan oil spray that I dropped the same day of purchasing it because it was glass. It did shatter and I brought it in and they treated for a brand new one this Sephora is always clean and stocked up.

This store is a disaster and the employees are rude. The shelves are cluttered and disorganized. It's difficult to find what you're looking for. The employees are snobs and just stand around. The manager is worthless and rude.

I love Sephora for my finer make-up needs . I belong to the reward program to get my birthday gift reward . I try to get the small items for eyes or perfume new ds. I bought my pore reducing cream to put on before my foundation and an eye wand. It's fun to pamper yourself when you can .

VICTORIA IS AWESOME !!!
Victoria at the Carlsbad location is my go to advisor on everything Sephora. I loved the modern shape she gave my eyebrows and the final full face look was on point!
I’m 52, had neglected myself for years and was out of touch with much needed beauty advice. (I scheduled an eyebrow wax and beauty lesson.) Victoria was very knowledgeable and professional and I liked that she was honest with me about the do’s and don’ts according to my skin type, age, trends, etc. She really listened to me, answered all of my questions and together we created a beauty regimen. I have oily skin with uneven tones and I also wanted all natural “green”, cruelty-free products. She picked out products that worked for my skin and lifestyle. I have used the products for a few weeks now and I’m so happy with the results. Makeup is easy to apply and my face stays feeling clean all day instead of an oily mess.
I really liked that Victoria’s work personality was quiet and reserved. She made me feel at ease and I enjoyed all the attention focused on me.
I’ve been back a few times to see Victoria for full face makeup service and I always walk out very happy.

I visited on a busy Saturday and the staff were all very helpful. The place was packed and I didn't have to wait around to get shade matched, and ended up purchasing more than I set out to :) Fun place to shop because of the customer service.

Better customer service! Stop following minorities around!!! We have money! We work! Workers are homophobic! My partner and I were being followed and constantly stared at by employee walking around and treated so rudely by cashier, she didn't even greet us nor give us total she just stood there until I asked if she was okay and if I was gonna get a total or not.... I'll stick to Ulta instead

the store may be clean but the costumer service is horrible. i’m at the register checking out and they seem to be rushing me and judging me for deciding what i would like for my birthday gift for a few seconds. employees don’t have to smile but atleast have patience when being treated with kindness.
