Miana is the nicest staff, four star because longer trampolines are NEEDED and the building looks outdated.

Lots of activities and things to do. Not over crowded. Price was affordable for a rainy day. Great obstacle course.

I came to Sky Zone, so many times. Ever since the grand opening in March '20 before COVID-19 ever happened. My friend was having an all day till nighttime Birthday Party in the Sky Zone Party Rooms once we checked before Jumping, his parents had to wait an hour to get into the Party Check In Line. Even though, It turned out mysterious to see a random dude dressed as Zelda closest to the line inside the building. When we got into the trampoline court, We headed to Main Court and then played Sky Slam so many times, There were over 7 people here at the park, three of the kids were from different schools and Me and my other 3 buddies went to the same school as me in Carlsbad. All 7 of us were in the same grade but our ages were different to all of us. When everybody was jumping, The music stopped and they were about to say "Hey Sky Zone guests, will everyone for..." Did not say my friends name. I was so worried that other kids were coming to my friends party. but he said No to me 4 times. So I went into the Arcade, and had a severe bad headache when I was about to play Cruising Blast, 4 player Pac Man, and Nerf Arcade. I played 2 races and I got 1st and 3rd place. After I played Pac Man with 3 random kindergarten kids and finished it off with some "Nerf Arcade" With my friend for his birthday. The person got on the mic and said "Attention Sky Zone Jumpers, SkyDrop is now open." "Once Again, SkyDrop is now open." Kids came running up the stairs as all the 7 kids at the birthday party, including me walked a little quickly up. When waiting in line to jump.

An incredibly fun trampoline park suitable for all ages, despite it being mostly filled with kids! There are various areas to explore, and you can try your hand at basketball, climbing, and even walk across a balance beam. You can purchase different durations of playtime. The facility offers party rooms for events, a store with food and drinks, and comfortable seating with sofas and massage chairs for parents. Some staff members are present by the trampolines, ensuring safety and preventing any risky behavior.

I have come here several times this past year. We try to come during times that are available to smaller children. However, every time we show up for “toddler time” it’s the complete opposite. Toddler time is supposed to be from 10-12pm. Every time we come it’s over run by 10-15 year olds. They are too rough for the little ones to jump. We always leave with in the first 35 mins with one of my two year old twins crying because of a bigger kid launching them across the trampolines. If you are going to offer toddler time you should stick to a set time and age for them. Or at least offer two days a week for the little ones to enjoy a safe jumping space. We will no longer be coming to this location due to unsafe play times for younger babes.

The staff is nice. We had a birthday party here. It was well organized. The place was relatively clean given that this was a weekend and there were a lot of people.Three stars because the platform where you can jump off is only open certain times of the day. It used to be open all the time.

Great party experience with Alexa! We were well taken care of and everything was so easy! I’ve never had very much time to talk / socialize before, but cake, ice cream, cleanup etc was all taken care of. We were able to check into our room at 4:45 for a 5:30 party as well. My daughter and friends had a great birthday thanks!Ps: the QR code on the receipt went to a wrong number

My son went here with his summer camp. He accidentally left his brand new reusable water bottle. I called multiple times same day to ask them if it had been turned into lost and found. Nobody answered so I left messages. Never received a call back. If they can't simply return a phone call I'm not sure if I can trust them to do the most basic of tasks to ensure safety in their facility.

Very fun and toddler got out his energy. Like that they have a toddler jump time on weekdays in the morning.

My son loves this place, so I’m here quite a bit. I was there yesterday 8/13/23. Parking lot was disgusting with trash everywhere. As you walk along the sidewalk trash is littered throughout the bushes. You get inside, and the girl behind the counter was rude when checking us in. The inside was even dirtier than outside somehow. My son didn’t care, but if the business owners could see just how little their staff care, they’d be embarrassed at the state of their facility. Will likely return since there aren’t a lot of options. Hopefully the next time they actually can keep it clean.

Love this place! We had been here in the past for birthday parties and my 7 year old begged his "Gampy" to take him here when he came in town from AZ to visit.Well come to find out for about the cost of 2 ish visits you can have a Monthly Unlimited Pass for $45.Gampy went ahead and gifted us with 2 months worth of credit.Socks are $5 a pair sold separately They have a parent lounge with a Birds Eye view of the facility and below this a concession stand where they sell icees, snacks, pizza, ice cream, etc. It's like an Indoor Kid Mall. My son started Online school this year so it has been a godsend in terms of social interaction, physical activity and countless hours of fun in a safe, contained fun atmosphere. The staff are nice and people are generally really happy to be here. It reminds me of the days when kids used to play outside all of the time. Except now in a fun, hip indoor way.I wish I had spent this money sooner. Such a great investment!! We literally come here every chance we can now.Oh, and bonus on Fridays and Saturdays they have "glow nite" from 8 to 10pm where they dim the lights and put up some pretty cool light displays and you only need to get a glow and the dark shirt which they sell as well. Such a blast!!

Clean facility, lots of space to sit, good food and drink options. No alcohol, unfortunately. Place smells good and music isn’t too loud. Highly recommended.
