A couple of days ago I posted a one star rating, now removed, for SockGuy, based on a good product with excellent design/characters, but, though everyone was nice, felt the customer service wasn't resolving the problem of getting my package deliver as scheduled, and knowing UPS played a role in this problem.I emailed SockGuy expressing my effort to acquire my package, only for it not to be delivered, and requested a full refund. SockGuy email back requesting credit card information so they could give me a full refund. When I call to give my information, I was surprised when they not only apologized for the situation, but wanted to re-send my original order free of charge. Wow. Restores my faith in, that every customer is important.
