I purchased a pair of sunglasses that broke within months due to poor manufacturing. So I bought another pair, same exact defect happened. Their “warranty” is not a warranty at all, they offered me to purchase yet another pair for half the price but then it would cancel any further warranty. This is poor product support, not just the warranty but they also accused me of breaking them. Poor customer service and support, I will never shop this brand again.

Placed an order 5 nights ago and they still haven’t shipped my order. I check the tracking number everyday and still haven’t seen any order updates. If you wanted to receive the glasses quick or at least on time like I did, I suggest ordering elsewhere..

I’ve been using SPY faithfully for the last fifteen years. This last pair of sunglasses I ordered literally fell apart on my face from a manufacturing issue (arm wasn’t correctly installed into the frames). After spending $200, this was a major upset.
I reached out to SPY regarding warranty. After a couple weeks of running me around, they asked me to pay $35 for replacement… for a product I just paid $200 for, that arrived with *manufacturing* issues. That is unacceptable by all means. Stand by your product, and replace what you did wrong in the first place. Until then, I won’t be supporting SPY again.

Ordered a pair and wrong color and Tori got me setup with a return and told me to order again online and they will get shipped out right away. Return was easy, but when I ordered the new pair the website was listing in stock when it wasn’t. So I called in and Tori apologized and was going to refund me right away and went out of her way to go check stock to see if there was anything on their possession to ship out to me and she did find a pair! I called back in to get the tracking number and Blake answered the phone this time and said he was going to personally drop off the package at UPS so it gets to me by Friday. Blake went out of his way to drop the package off AT MY HOUSE! That same day!
Awesome awesome service from both Tori and Blake. And this is the reason why I Only wear Spy glasses.

Originally send email via website for customer service and never heard back. Called customer service and left message for manager Steve, no call back. I finally called and got a hold of him and asked about the emails I sent. He let me know they received them, but the monkey forgot to answer them in a months time. Clowns...

Ordered new sunglasses with 3 day shipping over a month ago. I have been charged and I have a confirmation number.I emailed asking for an update two weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response. Wish I could give an actual product review but they don't seem to want to provide the product.

I purchased a pair for or about $150. After 12 hours of wear the lens started popping out, so I want to optics shop. Ordered a new frame under warranty. They also showed a manufacturing flaw in frame. Then I set them on a flat table and the whole frame is twisted. they were junk. They are thick plastic frames, but I just wonder about quality control. I suggest you really check them over prior to buying.

I used to like spy sunglasses. Now I'm trying to never put them on my face again.I ordered two pairs of sunglasses two weeks before Christmas. Showed up in mint condition perfect. The other did not, it turned out to be a fake pair of spy sunglasses. Missing all kinds of accessories. Called spy optics and they gave me the run around. Told me to buy a new pair and we will expedite shipping. They never did it. Call back the next day, she said she would do it, she never did it. Now I have a Christmas present it's late. O and I have a fake pair of spy sunglasses and I have to send them back and 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back. Don't buy from them please go to somewhere else.

Bought new Spy sun glasses, gently sat on them 3 days later and the frame broke. The material quality is no better than 10 Dollar drugstore no names. Also, service was not accommodating
