Great selection of planners and learning materials for kids. Customer service greatly needs improvement. Coaching for the team on how to converse in ways that are pleasant, stay on topic and don’t get controversial could improve the customer experience.

I came in here for a last minute print job on an odd sized paper. Jaime was super helpful and very efficient. He answered all of my questions and offered different options for this job, as well as others for future print jobs. Jaime is a gem in this store. He saw that he didn't have very many orders so he printed everything on the spot. I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed. I will definitely be back.

I overheard at least 3 employees pressuring people to give them 10s on the surveys, and telling people “9 or lower counts as a 0.” They did the same thing to me. Please don't pressure your customers this way, it's very unpleasant.

This is my backup store when the Staples closest to me is sold out. It seems like a much larger store than the Vista store. Or maybe they just stock more items without as much clutter. Prices are as to be expected. Instore and online prices can vary, so often I'll check and if the online prices are cheaper, order online and then do a 1 hour pickup. Save money and earn miles and points. Win, win! Employees are helpful and mostly happy and there usually isn't much wait. Parking can be tricky because it's surrounded by restaurants and there's just one entrance into and out of the strip mall. Sometimes it's easier to park on the side of the store than in front.
