This is my backup store when the Staples closest to me is sold out. It seems like a much larger store than the Vista store. Or maybe they just stock more items without as much clutter. Prices are as to be expected. Instore and online prices can vary, so often I'll check and if the online prices are cheaper, order online and then do a 1 hour pickup. Save money and earn miles and points. Win, win! Employees are helpful and mostly happy and there usually isn't much wait. Parking can be tricky because it's surrounded by restaurants and there's just one entrance into and out of the strip mall. Sometimes it's easier to park on the side of the store than in front.

Staples stores are currently well-stocked. My local store is newly renovated with an user-friendly design & hands-on computer display. Great job Staples!

I’ve had two TSA PreCheck appointments cancelled on me last-minute with no explanation given. Sucks because it’s a 45 minute drive for me. Apparently the staffing here is short and the scheduling system overloads them.Go to the Staples in San Diego (or better yet just at the airport) if you want to actually get your PreCheck appointment in. This place is a waste of time.

This is in regards to TSA Precheck. I had an appointment at 3:40 PM and arrived at 3:30 PM as the email directed me to arrive 10 minutes early. Upon my arrival, there were several people waiting for the TSA Precheck services. There was no way for me to check in. The same employee who was conducting appointments was also in charge of taking the information of people who arrived. He had a clip board and would handwrite the person's name and whether or not they had an appointment. At a Staples, you would think there would be a more sophisticated and efficient way to check in. Ideally you should be able to digitally check in upon arrival (either at a kiosk or on your phone). This would relieve the employee from having to do both jobs as well as expedite the process and hopefully prioritize those who have appointments over walk-ins. I was finally seen at 4:00 (20 minutes after my appointment) and the gentleman who conducted the appointment was professional and friendly, though didn't seem to feel any sense of urgency or apologize for the wait (to me or any of the people waiting after me). This process needs to be revisited to improve its efficiency.

I am wondering if the store is under new management. I went in today, and there was a lot of workers, and I was approached by many of them asking if they could help me in anyway. They were very responsive, and nice. It was a pleasurable experience there today. I don't think it's been that way in the past.

I went here for the TSA pre check appointment and it was super easy and quick! I made an appointment but there were several walk ins that arrived while I was there.

I had a great customer service experience at this Staples location because of Krissy. I was picking up an order of business cards and Krissy took the time to acknowledge that the cards weren’t printed as legible as expected. She took initiative to correct the situation and get it fixed. The employees at this location are kind and attentive. Kevin assisted with the refund and it was a smooth, easy process. Krissy deserves a raise! Thank you Krissy and team!

Just wanted to say thank you to the very kind employee in the copy center on Easter sunday evening. I came in like 10 minutes before closing with a project and he was so nice to help me print my design - even though I'm sure he was ready to go home on a holiday Sunday! I'm so grateful for his kindness! What a great employee! I wish I had gotten his name!
