Great store with attentive staff, never struggle finding out prices of items or finding what I am looking for. Selection is steady with new items flowing in! Employees are very kind when placing items on hold or contacting costumers when items come in stock that they're looking for!

I went in looking for a bracelet for my mom. The first person who greeted me was not very nice. I asked her if a bracelet came in silver and red or just gold and she responded only gold unless you see a silver one.. I found several things that I was going to purchase but not going to give her the commission off of it so I left and will visit another store.
The associate on my way out was very kind.

Went to this store today to buy a necklace and earring set for my wife's 30th birthday. Unfortunately I don't know their names but both the lady and gentleman who helped me were incredibly nice and helpful.

This Swarovski used to have so many fantastic items and phenomenal deals in the past. But this Black Friday the stock was very limited and did not really appeal to me. And the sales were ok, but nothing like the fantastic 80%-90% off deals like they used to have.

Beautiful jewelry, good selection for not being a giant store, good prices, and still the "boutique" experience of knowledgeable and polite staff. Nice packaging too should you choose to gift anything (I never do, I am always just buying myself the jewelry, muahahaha).
