Extremely poor customer service from CJ. I have literally spent thousands of dollars here, but I left today feeling unwelcome and unwanted; So disappointing. I will not be going back and I suggest you try bumblebee botanicals instead

I come here frequently to get work done and to just relax. The environment is great–super chill, the people are always really nice (clients and staff alike!). I usually come here when Cj is working, and he's always super polite and helpful! He's very knowledgable about all the products and really seems to have a passion for his work.

Stumbled upon this gem while shopping and Camille was a huge help for my mom who hasn’t tried kratom yet and we enjoyed a kratom coffee and tea! They have lots of great syrups to flavor them! Highly recommend!

I visited this location on 11/27/2023 in the evening there was a Caucasian male w curly hair that was very rude to another female customer made me not even want to shop there so I went to another kratom shop couple blocks down in the other side where there customer service was the way it's suppose to be

I have been to many many different Kratom stores throughout San Diego, and this place is by far the best in the county. The Carlsbad shop is relaxing and inviting. Patty, Regina and the entire staff are all true professionals, who can educate you on all the different strains available. I suffer from chronic pain, due to degenerative disc disease, and I can tell you that the Gold Diamond Extract has exceptional relief properties. Come see the amazing staff and they will educate you and guide you for all your Kratom needs.
