I recently got a haircut here by Rachel M and she was fantastic! It might be the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! She did exactly how I asked but better. Would definitely recommend her if you’re unsure who to go with :)

The staff here are not kind, specifically the cashiers. They seem over it and like there are better things to do which is not a good feeling as a customer. Next time I would just purchase something online or go to a different store

Unfortunately, my friend had a really bad experience at this location an employee was accusing her of stealing and wouldn’t leave her alone in the store humiliating her and accusing her of something that she did not do. I hope actions are taken towards this employee of yours. Poor Customer Service

The cashier Azalia was very unfriendly and had a rude demeanor. I asked a simple question regarding the price of an item and I received nothing but attitude from her. Please train your associates to have better customer service skills. It doesn’t cost anything to put a smile on and be friendly.

I have scheduled for formal makeup application with Sarina A. on 2 occasions and she is awesome! Both times she asked what look I was going for and nailed it! Highly recommend her!

Got both my eyebrows and hair messed up here. I do not recommend their services. I had such a good experience at the Benefit Brow Bar in La Jolla before it closed I thought maybe they’d have the same level of experience at the brow bar in ulta but that is not the case it was an employee who didn’t even ask what I wanted and just started going for it and it seemed like she didn’t even want to do it. Got my hair highlighted and she did not really do what I asked and some of my hair is now transparent and fried. Starting my new year off not very confident thanks to this store. I feel bad writing such a bad review but when it comes down to altering someone’s appearance I think people must be well trained and personable.

I had to come back in to get it fixed and the manager said I wasn’t the only one who came back. She completely botched my hair. For $100 and a “master stylist” title I expected better.
The visit was a complete nightmare from start to finish. My appointment lasted a total of 30 minutes and she was 15 minutes late. My scalp hurt since she was so rough yanking my hair when washing it. She rushed through the entire cut while blabbing on about how much she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t wait to leave.
The manager that fixed my hair took one look when I came in and was appalled. She did her best to fix it, hence the two stars. However, I will not be returning to Ulta. Take your money elsewhere to a real salon where you will be treated with professionalism instead of immaturity.

Came here again with my sister the other day. Ladies in the makeup department were unprofessional and standoffish. My sister and I came in to get her color checked. We looked around for a bit to find someone to help and an employee pointed us over to two employees chatting in another aisle. We approached them and they just looked at us. Didn’t saying. Didn’t offer to help. They seemed annoyed we were asking them for help. Eventually the taller blonde woman reluctantly ended her conversation with the other brunette employee (this employee had an egregious amount of red blush and bronzer and foundation on her cheeks 🤡) to help my sister.
Weird experience overall. Lots of reviews about poor customer service and they all hold true. Don’t come to this location. Dropped to 1 stars

Every time I come Sarah is so friendly and helpful. Sometimes it’s hard to find they right makeup but they ladies working there help a lot

I had such a wonderful Oxygen facial w/Sarina”Loved it” She puts her heart into her work, she is amazing.. she did my eyebrows as well and loved the way she did them .. I usually see Sarah for my eye brows but she was busy that day but she is truly amazing as well!
Both girls are!!
