Poor customer service, canceled on me last second for an in office appointment and told me I can schedule it at another branch location. They offer no assistance to schedule it for me at the other branch, and the other branch is an accessible via phone call. Avoid this location at all costs.

Heavy set older light skin Hispanic lady with glasses and dark hair is super rude, her name starts with an S. She definitely should not be working for a bank perhaps McDonalds would be a better fit for her attitude and sense of urgency. Management needs to make some serious changes and find people who actually care.

I called this branch and spoke with the assistant manager as well as the manager my account has been up and down but I have always made sure that it has a positive balance or close to it I asked him for help with a check but unfortunately they wouldn't help me and because of that I am going to be charged overdraft fees and which they're not gonna take care of so once I get this account to zero I will be closing it I suggest that you try a credit union or Bank of America or Wells Fargo

Quite the experience with U.S. Bank. I live in Vista, with a U.S. Bank branch almost around the corner. CLOSED!! So, I drive to a San Marcos branch -- Closed! Down the street to another --- CLOSED. So, I decide to drive to the U.S. Bank on El Camino Real where I often visit. CLOSED! I finally look up a branch that is open! Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad. Yay! Stand in line for about 10 minutes and the lady behind the counter walks over and tells us her "system is down" and "no transactions can be made". "Can you come back tomorrow?" I ask for a couple of withdrawl slips and say that Im thinking about taking all of my money out of U.S. Bank and ask the question: Is U.S. Bank going out of business, because it seems like so many branches are closing? She looks at me like a deer in the headlights an doesn't know what to say, so I just say: "Don't blame it on Covid" and one of the ladies in line says: "Yes!" So, I left and am seriously thinking about transfering my money.

I just got finished driving an hour in heavy traffic to, two different US Bank branches they don't answer the phone and when I got to both of them they had different hours posted on their doors then on their websites. There's absolutely no reason why somebody can not up date the hours to help their customers. I have a business and it literally takes 2 minutes to go in and change my hours when I need to.

This location is incredibly disappointing. I came in to make a payment and was greeted and offered to sit down so we could begin my transaction. Two customers came in 5 minutes after I did and got in line I was told by Art Cardenez that since my transaction would take a couple extra minutes. I had to wait until there were no other customers in the bank....its a Friday, at lunchtime, there was a constant stream of customers. He actually handed me back my money for my payment and said "they should be assisted first, so you wait". I was left waiting for 40 minutes. AND THEN, he said no one knows how to complete my transaction. Mr. Cardenez spoke to me in a pleasant tone, and I can understand being busy, but making the staffing and education issues of the company the problem of the customer is unacceptable.

Great service. We came to exchange dollars to pesos. Kaahreena was friendly, helpful and got us in and out. She was gave us advice on the exchange rates and warned us of scams that we came across. Awesome customer service!

Negligence at it's best. BEWARE, this bank passes off counterfeit bills. I don't have a bank account at the moment, so I cash my payroll checks where my employer banks, US Bank. Today I cashed my check and was handed X amount of $100 bills along with 9 $20 bills. Directly after leaving US Bank, I attempt to deposit the bills into my boyfriends account at the Mission Fed atm right behind US bank, the machine rejects one of the $100 bills. I notice the bill feels funny, so I walk back to US bank where one of the tellers looks at it and immediately tells me it's fake. I told them it was given to me by them, and it was a matter of minutes since I was in there, my teller even knew what my check amount was. I asked them to test it by pen, they didn't even haven pens at their teller stations. The only pen and bill checker they had was at the foreign currency station. So, how do they check their bills? They DON'T. Now I'm out $100 because of their negligence. I was treated like a thief while I was the one getting ripped off. The manager, Dean Haskins, was a smug, uncaring and unprofessional representative. The U.S. Secret Service is the outlet I've had to utilize for this situation, so hopefully US Bank doesn't do this to another victim. Please, check your bills before walking out the door. With the way they blew me off, I doubt this is the first time of this happening.

Probably the worst us bank branch in California. Dean the branch manager will never return a phone call, nor will Gabe the business banker. Additionally, The branch turns off their phone systems when they get busy and their is no way to leave a message.
