Marron location having wasted 5+ hours. The service there was lackluster and took zero accountabilty.

Very casual, prompt and informed gentleman at the store was instrumental to my positive experience. His name starts with K, sorry I don’t remember his full name. He’s a good man who does his job well, and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

This was best experience at a Verizon store hands down! Robert was incredible fast efficient and knowledgeable. My iPhone 11 was on its last hour and switched to an iPhone 15 in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 experience. Thank you Robert!

Kerry was very professional and showed the utmost customer care and support to my husband and I! He is the example Verizon needs to keep us with your company for many more phone upgrades! We travel over an hour into another county to get the best customer service experience!

25 year customer & has WORST experience. DO NOT TRUST ROBERT P OR VERIZON. He convinced me to 'upgrade' my phone (a promotion that covers cost of new phone.) Before I left, I double checked whether I needed to trade old phone in for promotion, but he said I didn't need to and I would still get promotion. Weeks later I bet my bill and FULL COST of new phone is on my bill. ($1200) I find out I HAD TO turn in my phone for promotion and also UPGRADE my plan; which he told me NEITHER. I was now stuck with a huge bill for new phone I didn't want and forced to stay with verizon for 36 more months. I feel sick to my stomach and completely screwed over, and there is nothing I CAN DO ABOUT IT. SO PLESSE DONT CHOOSE VERIZON THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL.

I went in to pick up my new iPhone 15. Cedar greeted me and was extremely courteous and helpful with setting up my new phone. My experience was quick, easy and very relaxing. Thank you Cedar for doing such an outstanding job
