No one will answer the telephone at my local branch. When I drove to the bank they just referred me to the app. Very poor customer service

Three weeks and counting trying to open a CD. Weird that all their bankers are gone - empty offices but somehow they are all busy with appointments?Wouldn't be surprised if WF is folding and doesn't actually have your money. Cowards. Crooks. Criminals. Do you remember what they did to bankers who lost your money in the good old days? Look it up.

Horrible customer service. Tried to open an account, Wells Rep going on vacation and said she would call back when she returns but never did. Set up an appointment but the Rep was not in that day, everyone else was polite and tried to help. Stopped by today just to find out if they had everything and could open the account but the Wells Rep was too busy being defensive to bother asking what she could for me; telling me she called, telling me there wasn't time to open the account, arguing with me when I said I tried calling back four times but their phone system said the bankers weren't available and referred me to online support (since the phone system was that way two weeks ago you'd think they would know that when they give you a number and ask you to call back). Finally said I have no idea why she has an attitude when I wasn't expecting anything, just needed to find out if she had everything she needed to open the account so we could schedule. Wells Rep started in all over again about how she didn't have time today, she tried calling and then proceeded to tell me I was rude the first time I came in. At this point I'm wondering Wells HR knows she doesn't take her medications every day.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 33 years and finally yesterday was forced to finally close two accounts. It took a fumbling "banker" over 45 minutes to get this accomplished (eventually calling someone else to figure out how to do this). How hard can it be to close an account if you know what you are doing? This banker wasn't even concerned why I was closing the accounts and I would be surprised if the real reason was entered in their system, "banking sucks at Wells Fargo". I have watched the level of customer service decline and deteriorate over time. I was one of the thousands of customers who were hustled/forced to open additional accounts in order to avoid "fictional" banking fees. Thankfully Wells Fargo was investigated, scrutinized and fined by a Senate banking committee to discontinue corrupt business practices. In most other banks customers are valued and treated with importance with their banking needs. At this branch the staff could care less when long lines stretch all the way to the door. They make no effort to respond to long lines and keep on doing whatever making no effort to reduce the long lines. Instead the focus of this branch's focus is to muddle-through making customer's time irrelevant as though they're doing you a favor to let you do your banking there. As a way to avoid the branch's long lines I used to go to the WFB kiosk location in Von's nearby until WFB designated this location to train new tellers. This practice of complete disregard for customers time was painful to endure waiting a long time while new tellers used you as practice to figure out how to operate their system. Yes it's true, they actually choose to waste their customers valuable time waiting while new tellers learn how to do their jobs. I guess they never heard of teller training classes. If you want a bank that values your time and cares about customer needs you'll want to anywhere other than Wells Fargo. Steven

I have been a customer to this particular branch and I recently tried to make an appointment with a banker over the phone and the representative whom I was talking to scheduled me at a time to come in and said she could help me out with it.When I got there I didn't remember the name but I gave them mine and they told me to wait in the car due to covid and they would let me know when I could come in and I waited about 30 mins in the car for them to tell me that they had no available bankers and if would like to make an appointment for the next day because no one seemed to remember making an appointment with me.By then I was really upset because that is not at all the type service they should be giving to ANY customer, they could've told me when I walked in that there had been an error and end it that way...I ended up just going to the Wells Fargo at the La Costa Town Square where I got the type of service I should've got in the first place.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for ten plus years. Up until I came into this branch the customer service went above and beyond. At this location though, the tellers and manager blatantly discriminate against people with disabilities . My thirteen year old needed to deposit money into her teen account. We were unable to do so at the ATM so we went in. I was bombarded with the usual covid nonsense about masks. I politely presented ( or attempted to) my doctors note exempting me and my kid. We were met with hostility and told we had to leave. No bank can legally deny you access to your money. They are not privately owned small business and therefore cannot deny service. The branch manager did help us with the transaction outside then refused to shake my hand. What a slap in the face. Seems like more and more people are using a virus as an excuse to treat others like trash. More and more people with no knowledge of pathogens denying customer service based upon intel from social media. In any case, I filed a formal complaint with Wells Fargo and the branch is being investigated

“We’re not ready for you” is not the best way to greet a customer at least say we will be right with you, but don’t welcome me and let me walk to your window just so I’m practically told you don’t want to help me. Very unprofessional and rude to say this response.

I got my both of my debit card numbers stolen Along with my pin from this location’s ATM. I have only used my debit cards at this ATM for the past 6 months. Some one put a skimmer on it, and used my information to steal over $2000 from both of my accounts. Be careful using their ATM machine because they don’t protect it!! When I reported it, Wells Fargo admitted that I only used both of my cards there. Wells Fargo refunded some of my money, but not all. I’m still waiting for $1200 which Wells Fargo is holding hostage.
