The worse customer service that I ever got in any other branches. This branch the tellers are so rude and they don’t have manner. So, rude and disrespectful.

Very poor customer service. I work for a business in their same complex here in La Costa & went to make a deposit drop off there. I walked up to Laura Carter and asked if I could do a drop off with her. She said "what do you think a drop off is." And I just said I was told by my manager to drop off our deposits. She then said "your manager has it wrong and the person who took the deposits last time has been talked to. If you want to do drop off you have to have your accountant sign up for it." And I said "okay I'm sorry we didn't know..." and she then started processing them. Then I said "how would we go about signing up for it?" And she said "I just explained this to you." And I said "I didn't understand, can you please explain it to me?" And she gave a ton of attitude as if I had done something wrong. Horrible customers service, as a business partner we should not be treated this way.

Make sure you schedule an appointment if you need anything beyond deposit or withdrawal. Even though two bankers were just sitting there not helping anyone, would not help me open an additional savings account. So much for being a PMA member.

This is a great branch... not too busy, very friendly and helpful. Love coming here and glad they are my closest branch. Freddie the manager is such a nice guy and very professional. A hidden gem for banks in Carlsbad!

I go in to open a new account and see many people available to help me but of course they shun me off saying to come back when i have an appointment. never going back to that branch, unbelievably rude.

Refuse to honor a Wells Fargo refund check for overcharging on my loan. Requires a credit card for second form of ID. Why? Incase it bounces?? Crooks. Ironically I just sent authorization for a settlement in their fraudulent bank account scam earlier that day. Creeps . Update: took it to another branch the next morning and they cashed it with the same two forms of identification and NO PROBLEM. The policy is one primary and one secondary- the secondary just needs to have an expiration date- does NOT NEED TO BE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. So happy to be with a credit union!

The lead teller was super nice and pretty fast when I got in there. Very friendly staff and has tons of parking in the area. Quieter than most Well Fargo Banks I have been too over the years. Which is nice because you don't have to stand in line for a long period of time

The staff are very friendly and very customer service oriented. They ensure they accomplish the task you need to have completed on time. I am grateful to find a bank like this for my personal and my business needs.

What a bad policy...any check that is 500.00 or more that you receive from Wells Fargo, they have to verify that who ever wrote the check that they did write the check to you. So if the the person is not there to answer the call from the bank you can't cash the check! What a inconvenience, this is just a policy to make it hard on 'non customers' from taking money out of there bank! This is why I'm no longer a customer if this bank!
